Orange Cleaners

Used Orange Cleaners for the first time the other day & I’m pretty pleased. The owner (I believe) is so sweet. I took in some IKEA couch cushion covers the other day, as my dog Milo had «muddied» them up. I knew I was taking a risk, as sadly I didn’t notice the stains until far too late. This was on a Monday & she gave me a pick up date of Thursday morning after 8.
I really like that they offer a texting service for when your cleaning is ready for pick up. I received a text at around 9:30 AM on that Thursday morning.
The same lady was there & she told me she tried the best she could to get the stains out, but no such luck. While they did look a bit better, unfortunately, I will just have to buy new covers. I am very pleased with the pricing, for those two, pretty decent sized covers, she only charged me $ 34.
Parking can be a bit troublesome, since it’s right beside Starbucks & a couple of eateries.

Alterations? Not recommended. I got three pants altered there and they did a horrible job. I mean… BAD. I had to get them fixed some place else.
Dry cleaning? No complaints.
Overall… Customer service is excellent but just do not get alterations there.

Great local dry cleaner. The pricing is very, very affordable, but what makes it great is the proprietor. She’s amazingly attentive to each person and remembers your name. How she remembers the names of so many customers, I do not know, but I feel special every time I stop in.
I do wish parking was better. Most of the lot is taken up by Starbucks customers, but that’s not controlled by the cleaners. Circle the lot once and you can usually find someone leaving with a cup of coffee in their hands.

Family run business. Got spoiled by their exceptionally affordable prices. Paying almost double when I travel to Austin or Raleigh. Support local businesses who care.

Really, I am not sure what to say about a dry cleaner, except that the proprietor is so sweet: remembers your name after a few visits and will rush items without charging extra. Some of the best prices I have found in the area.
