I don’t know what that Jo is talking about. I texted Cynthia updates about my takeoff and landing and she got me from Charlotte International with a quickness, knew the small Mooresville road I was staying at, and regaled me with stories of her wild passengers in her 16 years as a driver.
She’s not just airport runs, either. You can prebook or text her for cheaper-​than-​taxi rides anywhere, anytime, for any reason, whether you’re a demanding business traveler or a a drunk, naked redneck. Cynthia’s my driver in metro Charlotte now.

CYNTHIA DOES NOT SHOW UP!!! DO NOT USE! I called on Monday to schedule a 7:30am pick-​up on Thursday for the airport. I even confirmed my pick-​up on Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning came and no Cynthia. I tried calling three times and each time went to her voicemail. If you want someone to show up DO NOT call this company!
