Came for a GOTR Fundraising Event. Studio is clean, Employees are well versed in their Field & Owner was fantastic! Wish I lived closer… would be a definite regular spot for me to be. #namaste

This is an everything fitness studio. They offer barre, yoga, aerial yoga, Insanity and even kids yoga! There’s something for everyone. Staff is friendly and all the instructors are well versed and knowledgeable. Look for studio deals when you walk in or check Groupon. They’re always running a special. Mat and towels are available for rental. If you’re looking to throw a bachelorette, a birthday party or a corporate team building event, Heat FYI offers that too!

Awesome new studio in Mooresville that offers a variety of yoga and fitness classes. I went to a warm yoga class taught by Daniela on Sunday. It was perfect for all levels, with modifications to challenge or accommodate the different levels of experience in class. The studio is clean and spacious, front desk staff and the owner are friendly and knowledgeable, and there’s plenty of parking. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Bought the Groupon here for 5 classes. In town for 5 days so works out perfect! Took Maricel’s vinyasa class yesterday and barre with Sarah today. The studio is spacious and clean, with friendly staff and motivating instructors. Looking forward to finishing my week of practice here!
