Auntie Anne’s sweet almond pretzels are my biggest craving at any time day or night. But this was a huge disappointment when I ate my pretzel only to find that the bottom was burnt. Nothing worse than burnt sugar taste to ruin a good sweet. See photo.
Also, service was snail like slow making fancy coffee and such while two people were busily twisting and burning more pretzels.

Typical Auntie Anne’s. They run a few good combo deals, and have a special where you can get 1 free pretzel after buying 3.
The pretzels are delicious– and best served hot. Last time I got a pretzel here it was only warm, which was ok– but not at the preferred temperature. The small nibblet cups are a perfect snack to carry around the mall.
The staff is young, but nice and move fast.
