When will the Apple Store in Penn Square be able to repair my iMac? I refuse to allow «Mac man» who Apple identified as a premium repair facility to touch my computer. This man that apple calls «premium» steals from people by telling them that their computers are worth less then they really are, buying them, then raising the price double what he paid. He also will tell people their computers will cost more to fix then they are worth and sell them another computer, take theirs, then sell the computer he stole and resell that. This man is a thief and should not have the apple logo!!!

Had bought a new battery, which I needed, when I first had my MacBook serviced. It just didn’t seem to be a happy battery, so I took it back and they replaced it on the spot. MacBook is perfect now, considering its age! When my ship comes in, I’ll surprise them and buy a newer computer!
