Most awesome ravioli’s ever!!! As an Italian and a possible ravioli connoisseur, I take my hat off to these folks!
The raviolis have significant filling, not that cheap stuff you buy in the super markets. The fillings are fresh and delicious. They are large. The pasta of course fresh and delicious!
The cheese are my favorite! A delicious ricotta cheese is used that is seasoned to perfection. You cannot stop eating these. They are large with large amount of filling that spills out when you cut it in half. OMG OMG is all I can say.
For the meat raviolis, everyone is a bit different on the seasonings they like in their meat raviolis. This is a very ground beef with some italian seasonings and a touch of nutmeg, although at times they can slightly overdo the nutmeg. But again, large amount of filling, fresh pasta shell. Simply delicious!
