Liz Nail Plaza

This is my absolute favorite nail salon of all time. The manager (and owner?), Michelle, is personable and friendly, and will remember your name after only 1 or 2 visits! I’ve even been given a goodie bag at Christmas. this is an amazing way to treat your repeat customers! She runs a tight ship with her lovely employees, who are simultaneously efficient and meticulous. I’ve never had a bad experience here and would highly recommend it.
The best part of the salon is that every manicure or pedicure comes with a hot stone massage! It feels incredible and is so relaxing. I’ve even had times where the foot/​leg massage (during a normal pedicure) was 10 minutes long! Pure heaven. If you want to pamper yourself without paying a lot, this is your place. Gel manicure/​pedi combo is $ 40 and an eyebrow wax is $ 8.

Place was ok as far as the atmosphere but they needed to crank up the AC. Service was ok a little over priced especially when they have non experienced girls working on clients. My cuticles where butchered by the girl working on my manicure that I started to bleed and a couple days later they still hurt. I got a pedicure to and it was ok but you would think for the price and being a first time customer it wouldn’t have been so rushed thru. Over all ok but might not go back unless I’m in a rush to get nails done.

Probably one of the best nail salons in the area. I usually go to the salon in Park Ridge (I believe they have two locations — one in Montvale and one in Park Ridge). The salon in Park Ridge is small and intimate and it usually is never crowded. The girls who work there are very skilled and know how to give a good manicure and pedicure. There is a good selection of Essie nail polish and most importantly, they are clean and friendly. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to everyone!

Not worth $ 10. Manicures were streaky, uneven, and did not cover the entire nail. Staff did not seem to care about the quality and did not respond well to requests for more coats of polish or to fix nails.

$ 10 massage was meticulous and included hot stone hand/​forearm massage and extended neck/​shoulder massage.
