I called to see if there was an item in stock. The guy who answered the phone could not have cared less. He answered the phone like I was a complete distraction and annoyance and continued to be short and rude until the conversation was over. He might not have meant to be rude, but it was crystal clear his give a darn was completely broken. If another shop has the same item, I will go there all day long. I don’t want to beg someone or kiss someone’s ass to get my money = business.

My fiancé and I came to this shop to look for something to smoke out of since we forgot to pack a pipe for vacation. The salesman working was impolite and very rough when speaking to us. I asked him how much the bongs where and he literally yelled at us not to say the «b» word. I found an adorable «water pipe» and went to take a picture and apparently he could get fired of I did that. If I were told if a nicer way, I wouldn’t be writing this review. However I ended up buying something anyway, but I wouldn’t have if I had any other choice.
