Had the fettuccine alfredo, and it was very, very good. It comes with a nice piece of garlic bread. Service was fast and friendly. Very pleased.

We went between dinner and lunch so we were seated right away. Took the server a little bit to take our drink order but it wasn’t too long of a wait. The pizza was fantastic!!! My niece had the chicken alfredo and loved it as well. Would definitely visit again when we are in the area.

This was in June of 2013. As we were passing thru Montrose, the craving for pizza was too great. Checked Unilocal. This place is awesome. Antipasti salad was one of the best I’ve ever had. Had to follow with a appetizer of It. sausage n peppers wrapped in dough. Large but a bit doughy. Pizza… sausage and black olives. Wonderful. Wish this place was in Arizona. They do only have small or large size pizza. Not ex lg. but the pieces are huge. So glad I found this place.

This review is long, they mixed up the ingredients with fish and it took an hour and a half to eat lunch at noon on a Sunday. At least it was only anchovy oil. it could have easily been a mix up of a number of ingredients in which someone wouldn’t want to eat because of allergies, religious, or other reasons. On our way back from camping off of red mountain pass my wife and I decided to stretch our legs and get a noon lunch on a sunday at pahgre’s. We sat there for a good 20 minutes after ordering our drinks for a chance to order our lunch. Another 30 minutes and our food was out. My wife went with the chicken alfredo and I thought the turkey & avocado panini sounded good. I sure was hungry. First bite into the panini and something was very off, it was fishy(literally). I told the server after 10+ minutes of waiting there with my uneaten sandwich looking for someone to tell. She was very kind about it and went and told the owner. The server returned and said that the owner thinks it was the feta cheese and insisted I have another to bring with us although we were on the road. I like feta cheese but said okay I’ll take the panini because it was supposed to be out quickly… So another 10 minutes go by, I try the chicken alfredo and it was good! The server brought me the panini and explained that they accidentally put anchovy on my panini. At least it was only anchovy.

Excellent! Very fresh salads, delicious pizza(many different choices, including build your own pizza/calzone) and a very friendly waiter! Several outdoor tables, and we were able to have our dog along with us outside.

I had the opportunity to come here for a business lunch and tried one of their calzones. It was done so well! A slight crispness to the exterior and so very tasty. They also had very good iced tea. I would recommend highly.

They have reopened and they are better than ever! New owners and new décor. Great gluten-free pizza and a terrific place to eat either lunch or dinner. Former owner did a great job and we were sad to see him leave but glad to see the place reopen:-)

For our experience this rating would otherwise be generous but they cut us some slack on the bill. Pizza was nothing exceptional, with one vote for bad. Service was average after a snafu(hence the slack). No reason to seek out, but no reason to avoid.

Pahgre’s is definitely by far the best pizza I have ever had. I live in Denver and have been to many pizza places and still have not been able to find one better or even close to as good as Pahgre’s. I used to live in Montrose so I have tried just about everything on the menu and I have not had one bad thing yet! The service is amazing and the general atmosphere is very friendly. I definitely recommend dining here!

I was feeding about 10 people during training at my store. Brenna worked with me very well to figure out how much we would need to satisfy everyone. The pizzas we had were a Motherlode and a Cheese pizza. They were delicious and everyone enjoyed them. Even the salad was a big hit and I didn’t think anyone would want to eat it. No leftovers and everyone was very satisfied with the meal.

I placed a to-go order for one of the small pizzas, bruschetta and they were offering a special on the cannoli, so I decided to give them a try. My order was ready on time and I know better than to order bruschetta to go, it gets soft. I am assuming this is the reason for the lack of crispness at any rate. Flavor was nice. Nothing earth shattering, but decent. The pizza was pretty good. I ordered the Yankee which had generous toppings and a tasty crust. It is on the thicker side, but nice texture and flavor. Now for the cannoli. Once I removed the giant dose of chocolate chips from each end, they were really nice. Shaved chocolate or mini chips if the chef felt then necessary. but the nestle toll-house style plus a zig zag of chocolate syrup overpowered the nice flavor of the ricotta filling. I’ll ask for it without next time. The shell had a lovely crunch to it and was not overly tough. Now for my word of advice. If you get your order to go, they don’t have«to-go» cups. something to do with the liquor license. Not a huge deal, but kind of irksome. I’ll order from Pahgre’s again to check out the more traditional pies.

I really don’t enjoy giving bad reviews. I wish I could bring myself to give more, but that would be misleading. It wasn’t that it was a bad experience, but I was disappointed; not with the food quality, but with ambiance, communication, and going the extra mile. The reasons for the low score are these: My first impression upon walking in was«Sterile». There was NO decore. It’s in a newer building on the newer side of town, but not even so much as a Budweiser poster broke the monochrome interior. 60’s and 70’s soft rock filled our ears while we filled our bellies. A few TV’s were discretely located high in the corners of the room; sound muted. The scene was pleasant, though plain; not at all a sports bar. In fact, if you didn’t know there was a bar before you came in, you likely would not have known by the time you left. Our server, Autumn, was pretty good. We were seated right away, and I found that smiles came complimentary, but thoroughness was overlooked. A pile of napkins, straw wrappers, and such had accumulated on my table, despite numerous visits from our server. I actually had to pick up the pile of trash, hand it to her and say, «Here, I’ll let you take this out of our way». She looked a little surprised, but graciously obliged. Their one-style-crust pizzas are pretty good, and toppings are plentiful, but if you are building your own, beware of not getting what you order, or being charged for more than you expect. The salads are great and huge, so you won’t go wrong them. Also, if you have kids along and you ask for waters for them, they will charge you a dollar per cup… for WATER! They don’t tell you this until the check arrives. Okay, whatever. Overall, it’s a mediocre place. I was not impressed — not even pleased. Leaving, I felt the advantage had been taken of me. In the future, I will go elsewhere when looking to feed the family.

Warm restaurant but AC quickly kicked in when we requested it. We ordered the cheese pizza. It was ooey gooey good and had a lovely light crust. Service was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Loved the photography work on the walls!

I have the opportunity to travel to Montrose each month and one of the sweetest parts of this trip is dinner at Pahgre’s. I have to say, every dish I have ever seen served at Pahgre’s looks and smells like absolute heaven, and I can’t stray from the mushroom ravioli. I LOVE this dish so much it makes me giddy. It includes several large raviolis in the perfect amount of alfredo sauce and dusted with Parmesan cheese. If you have never done the Yummy Dance, I suggest you order this immediately. Not only is the food incredible, the service is amazing. The most sincere and accommodating staff and management on the planet. The atmosphere is great, the restaurant is very clean and the food is always served quickly. Enjoy!

A little outside of the famous Telluride, CO(where Tom Cruise lives! hee hee) is little Montrose, CO. The main drag reminds me of home in Hawai‘i — one main street and EVERYTHING is right off of it :) Two summers ago, I discovered this locally-owned restaurant, Pahgre’s, and decided to try it. I ordered a small veggie pizza – and they accidentally made a large. Instead of charging me for the large, or making me wait for another small, they just gave me the pizza – NOCHARGE. It was ‘their fault’ so it was mine to enjoy and they welcomed me back soon. Who does that these days?! So, I was there for three days, and this pizza was my dinner for the entire time. :) Needless to say, it was PERFECT. Crust was soft and if you put a slice on a napkin, you didn’t see grease stains when you picked it up again. Fresh veggies – love it. I’m not a big pizza-lover at all, though I’m glad I tried it this time! Of course, the cookie monster that I am, had to try their ‘mini’ cookie-pizza dessert, which on the menu, it sounds deceiving – that it’ll be just a cookie, though, it was literally the size of a small pizza! No doubt, as much as it pained me because it was SO.DAMN.GOOD, I shared most of it: P I kid you not, it is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe around — better than even my own(and I’m a damn good baker!). One slice, I dare to guess how many calories I consumed, but talk about cookie bliss. :) If you’re ever on your way to Telluride to stalk ‘Maverick’(um, of course, that wasn’t MY intention: P), or on your way to Ouray, to see the«Little Switzerland of America» town –(which I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!), you’ll have to brave the bumpy flight, and fly into little Montrose Airport, drive almost a mile on your way out of town, and stop at Pahgre’s – a little drop of heaven nestled amidst the green Colorado mountains :)
