I think you would be better served by avoiding this establishment. We took our wall clock to Francis for repair and he told us that his work was guaranteed for a year. The bill was $ 200 for cleaning and adjustment of the chimes. Just before the guarantee was up the clock stopped working. Took it back to the owner(Francis no longer there) and he was reluctant to honor the guarantee.

I inherited a fragile family heirloom, an early 1800s mantle clock, which was in disrepair. I was desperate to find someone I could trust with this antique and whose price would be fair and reasonable. From the moment I walked into Executive Clock/Executive Jewelers, I knew I was in the right place. It is a family-run business and they are not«salesmen»; everyone I met there was a clock and jewelry expert. Francis, who repaired my clock, could not have been nicer and more meticulous in his work. My two hundred year-old timepiece is now working like new. Old clocks are like living organisms, and when I later called to ask questions about winding it, etc, Francis was great on the phone helping me to understand the workings of the clock. Looking for an interesting antique clock to buy, or looking to repair your own, I highly recommend them. They really care about the work they do.

If you have clocks and are in need of clock repair, I highly recommend Garo! These people know clocks and they have some beautiful clocks to sell too. Over the summer, I had an antique cuckoo clock that was knocked off the wall and broke into many pieces. Garo was able to fix the casing and the movement and it runs as is nothing ever happened! So glad that I found Executive Clock Gallery!

Our grandfather clock stopped running. Executive Clock came out, knew what the problem was and how to fix it. That was weeks ago and it’s still running and chiming like it’s supposed to(like clockwork?).
