I broke my glasses the hinge piece and came into this place to get them fixed.
Terry was very nice but told me he could not order the hinge piece for my glasses that only thing I could do was get new temples or wait till I got home in three weeks. I was full of fear because I needed to see and I was on vacation and not able to get to the place where I had bought them.
He did say they were probably under warranty and gave me a temporary temple.
Only problem was that I was out $ 168. for new different temples and when I got home my glasses place ordered the hinge and it came within 4 days at a cost of $ 45 which I wasn’t charge because of the warranty. Very strange
