And again I have to wait to pick up my food… I ordered 45 minutes ago and asked that they have it ready by 1… guess what hasn’t even been started! They looked at me like they had no clue what I was talking about… the food is ok but there are far better places for service.

Picked up food from here tonight after seeing it listed on Unilocal.Glad we did! Everything was delicious!

Delicious sushi! Way to go Williamsport! The black angel is excellent. Clean, fast restaurant. Well priced. Highly recommend.

There are more than five Chinese restaurants around Williamsport area. This one is the best that located in downtown Montoursville which is 5 minutes away from downtown Williamsport. I am from China, so I can’t say those Chinese restaurants not located in Chinatown sever authentic Chinese food. But actually some Americanized Chinese food served here, I really like.
They make the best crab Rangoon. I tried so many different restaurants’ versions, no one can compare with theirs. I always like to order their general Tao’s shrimp, Hou Fen, and garlic sauce stir-​fries, they are my favorite ones on the menu.
The price here is very inexpensive, and the potion is big. Most time you just need to order the small size entrees for about 5 bucks. If you size up for couple dollars more, most time you will end up to ask for a box to bring the leftovers home with you.
Now they sever full menu Japanese cuisine (used to just sushi). I compared theirs with another Japanese restaurant in town, believe it or not, theirs tasted better, and the price is a lot more reasonable.
I come here almost every week when I am hungry for some Chinese or Japanese food but don’t feel want to make my own.
