I found myself here for Jury duty a few months ago. All in all, jury duty is not really much fun. regardless of where. But this place made it at least semi-entertaining. They have this whole preamble where the clerk gives you his«chat» first, and this guy has been doing it for a long time and he’s made it pretty entertain. And since they want you to listen to the hole thing, being entertaining is one way to make that happen. Then the judge came in and more or less repeated what the clerk had said. Not sure that was needed, but whatever. I was called into the box, but released from the actual jury, which is good. Not a case I would have been good for. You have to get here early to get a parking spot, That’s annoying, because there is not a lot of other parking around. So if you ever get called, Id be at least 30 min early to park.
