I don’t know how I find these customer service losers but here we go, I go to the sbarro’s in the Montgomery Mall, the guy totally ignored me and goes to someone else, that’s his right as is mine to go to another store.

Typical Sbarro’s restaurant… Great pizza, chicken parm, and/​or baked ziti is always a good choice.
I only wish the prices were a little lower overall. Great food though. Quite a few locations have closed since a lot of times the staff is horrible. This location fares a lot better then others and seem competent overall.
If Sbarro’s advertised more, especially the stand alone restaurants, then I think the company would be doing a lot better. Quite a few locations are obscured from the main road (s) which is a shame for some good, consistent food.
