Pella Windows & Doors

We broke the mechanism that controls the blinds inside our Pella French slider door. Waited for 22 minutes for a customer service rep to sell me this part or schedule a service appointment to come fix it. They never picked up the call! Ridiculously poor service for a product that was very expensive. Very disappointed, unhappy customer. If you buy a Pella product, hope you never need service!

Pella windows were once the class of the industry. We had two casement windows installed three and four years ago. One has a crack in the handle of the crank. The other has small holes in the pull down screen, just big enough to let gnats get through, and a weather strip falling off the bottom of one of the windows. I thought about trying to repair them but thought I’d call the «professionals» first. Today I waited on hold for the «next available service rep» ten minutes the first call and 17 the second. Obviously the company is too busy selling the «name» or too busy repairing faulty products to worry about customer service. I will never buy a Pella product again and would caution others to beware.
