Cake batter was so delicious and I loved all of the different toppings! The woman behind the register was not friendly and did not make me feel welcome. She never said a word, I don’t think she even told me my total for my purchase. I swiped my card and ignored that stupid tip jar just as she ignored me: p

Came in around 8pm with a large group and they handled is very quickly and were warm and friendly. Plenty of seating inside as well. Very clean. Lots of toppings to choose from. Hoping to come back again before we head home!
Note to management: please do not place the Reese pieces right next to the M&M toppings! This could be very dangerous for those with life threatening nut allergies.

This was my first visit to Chiller Bee. The place appears clean and organized.
The young girl at the register didn’t speak or smile; not personable at all. The lady in front of me at the register put money in a LARGE tip jar, and the cashier didn’t even say thank you or smile.
By the way, why is there a tip jar to begin with? The cashier did absolutely nothing and was not friendly at all. I guess managers don’t train employees anymore.
The lack of friendliness at this Chiller Bee and the large tip jar, gave me a bad feeling. I don’t recommend this place. I will try another Chiller Bee one day as the frozen yogurt was good.

We took about ten little girls in here the other night for a little sugar. They all loved it and built the eact dessert they wanted. The people working in here where very nice and took a lot of time to help all the girls. The place is very clean and nice. If you buy 10 you get one free, so we will be back.

I don’t understand the XL tip jar for a place where you do all the work. I guess you are tipping them for taking out the trash and pouring a mix in a machine.
