I’m an online shopper and came across this site as I was looking for something very specific. It was a straw hat by a reputable designer and this site had it and also had a sale going on at the same time so it was at the best price I could find it at. So like any other online site I ordered the item and received a tracking number like most packages. Well… a couple weeks go by and my tracking number stops. So I’m curious as to what happens so I email their support team at this website and a lady named Lynn contacted the post office and made sure I was updated that my package was still on its way but she was sorry that I had to wait a while (almost anything takes longer to receive when you live in HI). So yesterday she emails me again that the package arrived in Hawaii and I’ll be receiving it either that day (Saturday) or Monday. To my surprise, it arrived on Saturday! Wow, was I pleased by not only her courteous service but with the packaging because my hat was delivered in pristine shape. I tried my hat and I completely LOVE it.
Big thanks to this company for ensuring my hat came in great shape and updating me on its journey here! YES, I definitely recommend this website.
