I have been on just about every «diet» in the world. The Healthy Way is truly the ONLY way.
For the last several months I was preparing myself for weight loss surgery, although I hated thinking I had to resort to that, after countless diets of losing, gaining, losing, gaining I thought surgery was my last resort. Then I found The Healthy Way. Marilyn, Cheri and Maureen have been invaluable in helping me finally «see the light». It’s tough sometimes dealing with your reasons for overeating and eating the «toxic» foods, but it’s so worth it when you finally realize you DO have control, you CAN be healthy.
I thank the Healthy Way for helping me become the healthy person I am meant to be.
