Tacos Jalisco is the Mexican food vendor at the Monday flea market at the fairgounds. They make the best burrito I’ve ever had! I ordered the carnitas which was excellent. In the burrito was a wonderful chopped fresh cilantro relish. it was served with grilled onions and a whole grilled jalapeño and fresh limes.
They are also at the Watsonville and San Jose flea markets.
This isn’t down a dirt road but it is in a dirt parking lot, does that count?
