I’ve been one of Dr. Breuleux’s patients for over 20 years and have only good things to say about him and his staff. I’ve found everyone at this practice to be friendly, courteous and professional. The dental work he has done is better than anything I got in the past and has held up very well over time. On a side note, he handles a needle better than anyone I’ve ever seen!

I can’t tell you how surprised I was to find a 2 star review for Dr. Breuleux’s practice! I understand that dentistry is personal — everyone has different tolerances for pain, different situations with their teeth, etc — but even given that, I was still surprised. You’d be hard pressed to find a more professional, friendly environment than that in Dr. Breuleux’s office. Everyone on the staff is great and made me feel comfortable and confident in the service I was receiving. Specifically when it comes to Dr. Breuleux, his wealth of knowledge and experience really comes through in his visits. I’ve gone to dentists in the past where I felt like they used scare tactics about future issues and even tried to up-sale me on services. With Dr. Breuleux, I knew I was getting a straight forward, honest assessment and I really appreciated that.

Dr. Breuleux is the best dentist I have ever had. It is hard to get an appointment, but that’s because he is so good. I have a little anxiety over dental work and he is always great. He has tried to save me money, so I would put him as reasonable, although I have insurance, so I don’t know the full bill. I think he is the best dentist in the area, and I have to make an appointment with him today for an emergency. I have no doubt he will work to get me in.

I was recommended to Dr. Breuleux by 2 of my coworkers. I called to make an appointment in early December, and couldn’t get in until March. Whatever, I was somewhat expecting this. I asked them to put me on the appointment waiting list in case anyone canceled, but they never called so I ended up at my originally scheduled appointment. What was a bit strange was that I had to schedule 2 separate appointments: the first to see the dentist, and the second to have my teeth cleaned by a hygienist. Dr. Breuleux himself is VERY nice and quite sociable. He happily wrote me some recommendations to an oral surgeon and an orthodontist so that I could have some other work done. Unfortunately, my second visit was not quite as lovely. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth early that Friday morning must have been in a bad mood, because she absolutely wreaked havoc on my mouth. It felt like she was digging all of the plaque-scraping tools directly into my gums. At one point I almost asked her to stop but thought better of it(might as well just get it over with, right?). My teeth hurt for two days afterwards! I literally had to take painkiller later that same day because my mouth was aching so bad. If she ever cleaned a kid’s teeth the way she cleaned mine, that kid would never want to sit in the dentist’s chair again. Then I got the bill. Holy expensive. Maybe I’m just used to Midwest prices, but the cost was definitely not worth the pain I endured, so I may be shopping around for a new dentist’s office.
