Lucas Huey Photograhy

It has taken me forever to write this but it means no less, maybe more since I still feel the need to do so!
I was absolutely terrified of having my pictures taken but some friends were doing it and pushed me to do so also and I am glad that I did! It was tons of fun comparing outfits and debating what to wear with the girls in the days coming up to my shoot. The day of I got my hair done by one of Lucas and Christie’s friends so I already felt fantastic before the shoot started.
Upon arrival I was pretty scared even with two friends there, this was completely out of my box! Christie and Lucas both did a great job at making me feel comfortable. Christie spent time picking out jewelry and had brought some other props for me to check out. Lucas was super reassuring and extremely patient with me freaking out.
It ending up being a great experience! My only regret is not having more pictures now! I may have to do it again!

Lucas Huey Photography donated their time and 8×10 prints for our Team Captain volunteers at Relay For Life of Salinas in 2014 and 2015! They are so much fun to work with, and to be so gracious and giving to help support our event really meant a lot. They came to our Bark For Life of Salinas in 2014 and made a dog kissing booth– our guests absolutely loved it!!! Great photographer. Great people in general!

I did a boudoir photo shoot with Lucas & his fabulous wife Christie. I was nervous of course. Not being fully happy with my body, let alone having somebody photo it. Lucas & Christie made me feel very comfortable. I had a blast doing it. They had wonderful ideas & helped with poses & props. Then when I got the pics… WOW! I was blown away with how beautiful they came out. I couldn’t be happier. I would definietly work with Lucas again!

Wow! Wow, is the best way to describe my experience! Amazing work, amazing team, amazing people! I have never felt so comfortable, or worked with such wonderful people. Their talent is really only the start! The shoot was an absolute blast! I would, hands down, recommend this photography team to everyone! It is a true rarity to get to work with a team of such naturally talented, loving, and kind people. It was an absolute honor.
