Rude employees. No personality especially the guy in charge of the drive thru that Christmas evening. Messed up my order twice, didn’t give straws or napkins, and very dismissive.

Never had a problem here. Everything just needs a little patience

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This was the WORST customer service I have ever received. I myself have worked in the customer service field and NEVER have I ever been treated the way this late night worker treated us. Of course there were times where I wanted to tell off a customer but never did, however we were doing nothing wrong AT ALL and she treats us this way, what the hell. Most terrible person I have came across.
First off, she was rude when we were ordering in the drive through and she didn’t even tell us the total, which caused us to lag a little on getting the money together (2 or 3 orders for different people on one bill) After that, she got the drinks but did not even put the lid on fully so the drinks spilled all over my friend AND my car, she didn’t offer towels and just shut the window on us, clearly huffing to herself. After returning to the window to return change, she was beyond impatient even though my fried was still in the process of cleaning up her fail of not putting the lid on the drink. While her impatiences was showing she was also huffing at us while my friend was trying to reach for the money.
Of course we were talking about how uncivil and absolutely rude she was being when the window was closed (4 out of 5 of us have worked or are working in customer service), I guess she over heard be cause when she returned with the food she said «here is your food» in a mean tone and continued to glare at each one of us
BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Also, I will not lie one of my friends said and this is why you work the night shift lady, because she was literally terrible at her job! She was seriously the worst, uncivil, rude, idiotic, and prick of a person I have ever came across in the customer service field. DO NOT GO HERE.

David Gonzales is the best thing that happened to this Jack n the box he is so friendly, personable and brings a smile to his customers and it is totally refreshing.

Don’t eat inside at night! They just ignore you and keep serving the drive thru customers. It took 20 minutes at 9pm on a Thursday night for me to get 2 tacos… No other customers inside besides me…

Yuck! The ultimate burger put too much mustard! The fries are good, but cheeseburger, not so good

Went through the drive thru at 1pm. The line was wrapped around and backed up all the way to the street. I believe it would’ve been faster if i had parked, walked in, ordered, sat down, ate, then left.
Still would’ve been faster then the line i was in. It literally took me over half of my lunch break Ridiculous time in waiting. Will have to reconsider my options for lunch.
Don’t recommend this place, if you are in any kind if hurry. Be expected to wait!

Service is terrible, cashier doesn’t understand english, I had to say my order 3 times, and it was still wrong. Food is terrible, I will never go back.

Here’s my drive-​through service experience this morning:
1) I repeated my question «How to get a 49er’s souvenir?» three times and the responses were «What drink do you want?» «Sorry, what drink?»
2) I ordered sausage croissant but got supreme croissant.
3) My bad… after the cashier delivering brown bag to me and said «Have a nice day!», I drove away without asking where’s my coffee?
Well, they are nice but good service in fast food industry requires accuracy and efficiency as well…

I go to the Jack in the Box in Monterey a lot because it’s close to work and I like the chicken sandwiches. HOWEVER, recently I overheard the manager reprimanding the staff for customer complaints of inconsistency for almost every day of that week.
I hoped it was just a bad week and that they got it together. Well, the other day I ordered the #12 (chicken strips with fries).
The tray was handed to me by the manager (a different one) and I noticed it had grease marks on the paper place mat. Gross! My food wasn’t even on it yet! Then when I opened the chicken strip box I found 4 small strips that were obviously the child’s menu serving. Then I bit into one and it was COLD. They gave me old and cold food. DISGUSTING. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Sourdough burger and fries came out hardly warm, but the egg rolls came piping hot. Strange. I asked for hotter fries and a fresh batch came but still on the cool side.3 stars since at least the egg rolls were hot. Service was friendly. Can’t have too much variance on chain fast food places.

Too bad it’s the only place open right now if you’re staying at a nearby hotel. The girl taking the order has no language barrier issues yet TOTALLY messed up my order; which only consisted of two items. I ordered a large ice pumpkin spice coffee and a breakfast jack. The screen displayed the order correctly, but I received a small hot pumpkin spice coffee and my breakfast jack. When I told her I wanted the iced coffee she gives me the small size. Wtf!!! Ugh!

Not very great. Staff isnt very friendly. Food was just eh. I should of went to the mcds on del monte!

Honestly the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. The person who took my order gave is unnecessary attitude when we when had trouble decided which Munchie meal to purchase. Mean, unfriendly, and rude employees. Someone needs to remind them that they work in restaurant SERVICE. Food was cold and they forgot to give us the sauce we ordered.
HORRIBLE SERVICE & COLD FOOD: go somewhere else.

Great place for an after work snack! If you’re fortunate enough to get a young guy named G (J?)ordon at the window, he’s quick, polite, and even asks how my day went on multiple occasions. He’s never gotten an order wrong and is multi-​tasking the entire time with customers behind in the drive thru. Seems like a young kid who cares and takes pride in his job. Wish there were more people like that in fast food, especially at the big chains around here. Also, there are far fewer bums that hang around unlike McDonald’s down the road.

I must admit that this place has been a shinning star to us many times. It’s open late night, and that makes it a wonderful place. We all need to get our burger fix, but when I go here I love that I can also get breakfast any time of the day. Pancakes for lunch? Yeah, they do that. I love to get the ultimate croissant, it’s my favorite. But lately I have tried the breakfast platter that they have. It’s amazing. A little bit of everything you need for a good breakfast, anytime of the day. I also love that the pancakes aren’t full sized so I can dip them in the syrup on the go. But my real indulgence is the mini churros. I have never received a batch of them that was not piping hot, which is saying something for a fast food joint.
I think the only down side this place has is that they are small on the inside and there isn’t much seating. Plus, some people find it hard to get out in traffic.

I’ve been coming here too often… therefore lack of other Unilocal… not lovely…
Only for a snack, I don’t come and eat a whole meal… not that there is anything wrong with that. 2 Tacos… (only because I had one last week and I wanted to re-​experience it) not so much, they were cold and I started eating one 2 minutes after I left the drive-​thru… obvi it was sitting around for awhile… oh well… that’s what I get for frequenting here…

usually have an on par late night drive thru experience, but for some reason, the person working the window tonight cut me off before i finished my order, didn’t get the order correct, and charged me for an item i didn’t get.
