Such a nice little shop. Always have something fun for my girl to wear. Beautiful, unique pieces. She absolutely loves it here.
I like how kind the staff is. They set my girl up quick in a fitting room, make recomendations and compliment on how thier items look on her.
A bit on the expensive side but I would say well worth the price.

I love coming into the store not only to look around, but to see the girls that work here. I don’t know any of them personally, I don’t even know their names, but they are always very quick to greet you and strike up a conversation.
I was just in the store last week, and as bad as I am with jewelry, I knew I needed help. I had a certain outfit I wanted jewelry for, I brought the shirt and one of the sales associates helped me pick out the perfect pair of earrings and a bracelet that went great with the outfit and also matched my style.
The jewelry is a bit more on the over-​priced side, but they never turn green or rust. It’s well worth a $ 15 pair of earrings that will last you several years, unlike $ 3 from forever 21 that will turn green by the end of the night.

This store has the best shoes.
There is this girl that works here that is just breathtaking. I believe her name is Abbie. Every time I go in here I cross my fingers that she will be there. If she is, I feel compelled to buy something, just for a simple exchange with her. This girl is so intriguing, beautiful, and mysterious, like a jungle cat.

This place has the most ah-​mazing accessories!!! I love it when the have their BOGO sales! The clothes are pretty cute too, but a bit overpriced as they’re slightly higher quality than Forever21. They also have fun little unique gifts and even some quaint décor options AND cute purses. Definitely worth swinging through if you’re at Del Monte Center…

I love this place. I come here everytime we are on the Monterey area, which is usually once or twice a year. They have so much fun jewelry. Some of the necklaces tend to be a bit pricey for costume jewelry, but they seem to be made very well. Especially if you compare it to the jewelry in places like Forever 21 or Charolette Russe. You get what you pay for. They do have a small clearance area in the back of the store. I found a very unique ring in that area for less than $ 10. I definately like this location better than the one in San Francisco. This store has a lot more items to choose from.

I love this place. Their jewelry is good quality and so are their clothes. I wish they had a section for plus sizes or at least for them to go up to XL. Very trendy boutique.

As the previous reviews there is a lot of cool, trendy things.
LOTS of Made in China stuff and you could tell.
The prices were a bit high but I guess that comes with little trendy stores.

If you’re looking for a hip, funky and fashionable item that is going to serve the purpose for one or two wears, this is the place. The stuff isn’t cheap actually, but they have items are very fashion forward (read: for our pokey town). A little bit better than Forever 21, I feel. I have long ago decided that I can’t squeeze my body into the clothes there anymore and I am reluctant to look like mutton dressed as lamb. Francesca’s can cater to a more mature gal such as myself.
They have a selection of very cute little gift items and household accessories.
Also takea look at their purses — very cute and different.

My friend and I wandered into this store on a whim. I love little boutique shops like this because you can almost always find something that is unique from the other trendy girl stores. I tried on a few tops, but decided to not buy any of them. They had super cute accessories, which were on a promotional sale, so I ended up getting a couple pairs of earrings. The salesgirls were helpful, offering a fitting room while I walked around. I just wish it wasn’t so cramped… it was crowded in there too, which didn’t help when trying to look through the racks. But if I was at that mall in Monterey again, I would stop in again — it was a cute store.

Very hip and trendy ladies clothing and accessories at Francesca’s Collection (high school — early 30s). I saw a cute fedora and a few pieces that I would possible sport. This little boutique is decorated nicely and is jam packed with flashy and fun accessories, shoes and small little things that would make great gifts for example; I saw some fashion oriented measuring spoons which would be perfect for the fashion foodie. Prices are affordable but Forever 21 is opening nearly kitty-​corner from here which I think is not going to help Francesca and her collection. Prices here are a bit higher than F21 and not much better in quality.
