Cold Stone Creamery

This is one of the best businesses I have ever gone to. My family and I went in there tonight and had a memorable experience. When we got there it was extremely busy with a line out of the door. I assume this is very common for this Cold Stone because the line was moving extremely quickly. We hadn’t even made up our mind by the time it was our turn. The service we received was amazing, everyone was upbeat and happy. The employees really seemed like they loved what they were doing. Every employee was willing to help out anyway they could. I cant say enough about the amazing customer service we received by the entire staff it really made the trip to get ice cream that much more enjoyable. When we got our ice cream it was so delicious! I am so impressed by everything this store is doing. We had not been in there before but we will defiantly be going back!!!

Wow, I never say that for ice cream shops, but I am amazed. I took my family here yesterday and we were amazed at the quality of the ice cream, the speed and efficiency, and the friendliness of the employees. Overall, I can see that this is such a great establishment, you can really tell the employees really care about their work and are very attentive to each customer. The person who helped our family was Taylor, who was very assertive and engaging. I was surprised how well the place was ran. Definitely will be returning next time we have a sweet tooth! It’s hard to come across customer service like in general. I highly recommend this as the best ice cream shop in area.

Not worth the price. I only go if I have a BOGO coupon, but even that is overpriced since you have to present your coupon before ordering, which alerts the employees to make your bowl only half the size as it would be without the coupon. Will not return to this location.

The ice cream was good, but the customer service was not! Natasha made both mine and my wife’s orders wrong and had a bad attitude when we asked for them to be remade. She was so annoyed that her face was red and did not try to hide her grumbles or eye rolls. Going for ice cream is supposed to be fun, so we’ll go somewhere else next time.

I had the cotton candy with graham cracker pie crust mixed in and it was a smooth, creamy and delicious treat! They also offer milk shakes and smoothies if your looking for something cool to drink while you shop around. There isn’t much seating indoors, but you’ll find plenty outdoors in the beautifully landscaped shopping areas. It’s also located right across the century theaters, so it’s a perfect spot to grab a sweet treat before/​after the movies.

If you are bored and want to have something… and do not know what to have, I highly recommend this very delicious ice cream. My favorite flavor (although I might be boring) is vanilla with caramel. Everything they have is delicious. Be careful, it’s addicting…

The main reason I am giving 5 Stars is because of Déjà. I went to CS today for some yummy-​ness and Déjà took care of us and she made the experience most excellent with her GREAT attitude. I have been In customer service for 25 years so I tend to watch employees interacting with customers. Déjà greeted every single person who walked through the door, she was busy with other customers but she never skipped a beat. She made everyone feel as important as the next. Kudos to you for hiring such a hard, friendly worker. She is an asset to your establishment.

love coming here, such a fun place! my son love to tip them so they will sing. The ice cream is delicious and they have such a great assortment of toppings.

The ice cream is great, very rich. But this place is way too small, and always cramped. No matter where you stand you are in the way. If you grab and go then you are fine. But the ice cream is the best.

I have never been disappointed with the ice cream here. I purchased a birthday cake yesterday for my husband, as I do most years. It was delicious as always. We got the Peanut Butter Playground. It was the highlight of a not so good birthday dinner. Thanks Coldstone for consistently meeting my ice cream and cake needs.

Being that this is a chain there isn’t much that can go wrong. The service was really great, and the ice cream was really great as well. I do wish they had more sugar free or fat free ice cream available. Worst part about this place is the lay out. The entrance is awkward and as soon as they have more than a few customers it’s difficult to see where the line ends and begins.

The two greatest things in the world… Love and ice cream. And boy Oh boy does cold stone deliver with ice cream. The key to cold stone ice cream? Is soft with such an amazing assortment of toppings mixed into the ice cream by hand. That being said, let’s discuss THIS cold stone establishment.
Service: friendly with a smile. They are also pretty helpful with giving good suggestions on toppings for different flavors of ice cream. I had the pumpkin this last time, and was given the suggestion of Graham cracker to make it like a pumpkin pie. Only down side was they weren’t so keen on singing when you leave a tip, which I love to do for my kids to hear.
Store: clean and tidy, but small so it gets congested easily. In the middle of the mall by the theater so constantly filled

I got an ice cream cake here for my birthday. There was only 1 person at the counter serving ice cream while I was in line. Other employees were just chilling in the back. Felt like they could at least care about the customers.

I love getting coffee or chocolate flavored ice cream in the Like It size mixed with butterfinger. Yum! I have also tried their salted caramel frozen yogurt and it is delicious.
I haven’t tried their sorbet just yet but it’s something I am going to do in the near future. I’m already craving for some ice cream while writing this review! Excellent customer service, the staff is pleasant and friendly. It can get super busy in here but I suppose it just depends what day and time.

I love this place and Coldstone in general. Last time, I got an incredible cherry cheesecake shake and was greeted the moment I walked in.
The service made me more than satisfied, the guy’s name was Jonathan and was very kind yet patient. Consider me a regular customer and future employee!

Im not a fan of Coldstone but I went here with my daughter to pick up a $ 30 (wtf?) cake. The employees handled the line well and seemed very upbeat and happy to help each person. The guy who helped my daughter seemed absolutely thrilled to be helping her. They were singing when we left, lol.

I just love Coldstone. They are probably best know for mixing toppings into their ice cream. Their ice cream is great, yet pricey. The space is small and there aren’t that many places to sit.
During my most recent visit here, I got the Oreo Cream Filling flavor and it was delicious! The Cotton Candy flavor is also great.

Went in recently with our almost-​3 year old to get him a nice treat for doing so well at potty training. The ice cream was delicious, of course it is! (It always is!) The girl that «helped» us was really standoffish and somewhat rude, she seemed very irritated or something, even though we were excited and friendly. Another guy, possibly manager??? seemed pretty spacey too. They were okay enough, service was a good speed. They just seemed bothered that they had to be at work, it really isn’t fun to fork over money for overpriced ice cream when people have that attitude.
Didn’t they used to sing? I just remember Coldstone having such a good reputation for friendly employees.
Anyway, the kicker was when my little guy was trying to scoop his ice cream (sitting nicely at the table, behaving) and he scooped his cup right off the table onto the floor, ice cream side down. :(Luckily he had a few bites before that, but the people behind the counter who noticed, not only didn’t bother to offer him another little bit of ice cream, they actually handed me a handful of paper towels when I asked for a wet rag to clean it up. Seriously? I mean you obviously don’t have to give him free ice cream, but wouldn’t you??? I would. Or at least have offered to clean it up and said «hey don’t worry about it, it’s my job and I’ve got it.» Maybe that’s the «starbucks» in me.
The ice cream is good though, we’ll probably order a cake through them for his bday because he really liked the few bites of cotton candy ice cream + mini marshmallos that he had. Then he devoured daddy’s berry cheesecake, so all was right in his happy little, potty-​trained world.

FYI: Staff was whining and complaining about their work hours today among themselves (3 persons) very loudly; while the two customers tried to decide on their treats. This happens much too often, at many businesses. The staff forgets customers can HEAR them. The young woman who served me was very rude, as if I was inconveniencing her. She was definitely not LISTENING or HEARING me very well. No tip for you b — -! Of course, My treat was fabulous!
