I am sorry about the other bad reviews. My kids have been seeing Dr. Lin since 16 years ago and he has been very professional. Please remember that Dr. Lin has a life, too. Maybe your insurance company is not paying him all of your monthly due and he might only get less than $ 100 per visit. This is why there is urgent center and they charge more during after hours. Trust me, he would answer your call if he can charge you $ 1000. Please check how much your insurance pays him and you will understand why.

Doctor might be knowledgeable but is impatient. Not good with children. He is lacking people skills and front desk is not very friendly also. The sign he has on his desk say«Dr”s desk, put nothing in it» and also written in Chinese. OMG, very hostile. I’m looking for another pediatrician.

This doctor has no patience and is rude. He might be knowledgeable, but lacks in people skills. Worst experience I ever had with a pediatrician. DONTGOSEEHIM!

I feel so sad after I read your story and your baby. This doctor should’t be a pediatrician because he didn’t care about a baby. Recently, I need to find a pediatrician for my baby, so thank you so much for telling about him and I will never choose him.

He is the worst Pediatrician ever. You can never ever talk with him on the phone, he always leave office early. Remember once my baby is the last patient for the day, but it was only 3:30pm, and he yeld at us: «hurry up, I need to go home now, it seems gonna rain outside.» I could’t even believe he said this to me. What really caused me so angry is what happend last week: I arrived home after work found out my 6 months baby boy got high fever, this is the first time in his life getting fever and me and my husband are first time being parents, so we got very nervous and dont know what to do. so I called Dr. Lin(it was only 6:50pm), he did not answer(of course), so i left him a voice message, and I called the urgent center which instructed in his auto message, the urgent center told me to call his cell phone, I told them i have tried and left him voice message, but Dr. Lin did not call me back after 30 mins. so they put me on hold and try to reach Dr. Lin on the line. And Dr. Lin refuse to talk to me, just told urgent center people to tell me bring my baby to the emergency room. So I did, and cost me about $ 1000. two days later, my baby’s fever reduced, but he had these redish things all over on his body, I was afraid, but it was sunday afternoon, I do not want to go to emergency room again because it will cost me another $ 1000, so i waited till the Monday morning bring my baby go see Dr. Lin in his Montery Park office. I can’t believe his assistent refuse to see my baby, saying we did not make appointment, and Dr. Lin is busy have no time to see us, but they need to take about 2 and half hours for lunch break. I was sososo angry. I pay $ 298 monthly for insurance, and his office is open, do I still need to go see emergency room??? Anyway, i have no choice so i went back at 2:00pm after he comes back from lunch break, and I yeld at them no matter what you need to check out my baby today!!! He was no unpatient! Now i am writing this review, and I rate him the worst Pediatrician in the world. And I am changing my baby’s Pediatrician right now!!! Read more:
