In my opinions this particular Cosmoprof is not costumer service friendly and unreliable. I had order a matrix color sync kit from Cosmoprof on march 12016. I was given 60 color sync, 1 light master, 1color obsess shampoo, 1 color obsess conditioner, 4 soblur, 110vol developer, 120 vol. developer. I was given half the product and they will need to order the other half. On April 4th I call into this store to inquire about the other half of the product and i was told the order came a week ago and that someone call and left me a message inform me that the product is here. I was quite surprised because i never got a message from them. Before i call in on April 4th i wasn’t upset that the order was late. However i feel so offended by them lying to me stating that they call me and left me a message and i know i didn’t receive any messages from them. Im not sure what was the purpose of them not telling the truth. I would have be fine with them telling me sorry the package came in last week but we didn’t inform you sooner. I was upset because I felt that they were inferring that the package came last week and how its my faults that i didn’t come to get it. I felt the employee that i had spoke with(jess) was rude and condescending(talking down to me) because the way she convey the information which is not truthful too. I felt, after they took my money, i was treated like a second class citizen because i should be honor to shop in store. Im so offended by the behavior of some(store manager Catherine, jess) of the employees at this Cosmoprof location, that i rather shop at another Cosmoprof locations that is located even further. After this had transpired i just want to return the product and not have to deal with some of the people’s at this Cosmoprof. Originally i bought this product because one of the new sale representatives Was very informative and give me good costumer service. Had I known that i would have been treated with such disrespect i would not order this product from this location Cosmoprof. After waiting more then a month for the other half of the product and being treat with such disrespect. I was told i could return the product however I had to pay whatever product i used and i barely used a small amount(3 tube open). I wouldn’t give this store even for 1 star. I agreed that they have everything but the customer service is horrible. This morning I came in this store to buy some hair color treatment & shampoo. I didn’t know it’s a requirement to have a cosmology license to purchase their stuff. So I told one of the cashiers that I have it at home, I can asked my husband to take a picture of my license & text it to me, and I can show her my driver license to proved that it was really me, but she said no, she said I have to show her the actual license. Then one of the customers there are nice enough to offered to used his license to pay the stuff for me & I’ll pay him back but that cashier won’t accepted, she being bitchy & won’t let that guy pay for my stuff. She has no right to do that, it’s not against the law or store policy. She won’t even let me speak to the store manager. She’s so rude and ridiculous. I get so furious, I don’t think I ever come back here again.

This store is slightly bigger than the other I go to in HP. My experience for my first visit was pleasant with the help of the employee. Not much to say other than they carry lots of brands and I hope it continues to be a good experience,

This store shouldn’t even get a star!!! Worst store ever ! Idk about you guys, but when people feel that they are the owners of this store is like really !!! You only work here! Your one job is for people to leave happy and talk good about this store! Not shit!. When trying to return something you can’t ! Even if you have a recipe, they want to stay with 30% of your money ! Really!!! Dumb Store ever!!! I recommend to not buy stuff here unless you are sure or willing to lose 30% of your purchase.

This place has great products. Everyone was nice at first, But when you have questions or opinions about a product they don’t know much about it. I had an issue with a clipper that I purchased. I had it for two weeks and it stopped working, on my receipt it said I had 60 days to exchange or get refund when I went back Johanna treat it me like a liar and how I was trying to change a machine that wasn’t from Cosmoprof. And how I had to pay a 30% to get an exchanged. Ridiculous. I asked to speak to Kathy the manager she wasn’t help at all. She was rude. So I got a hold of the main person in charge of the stores. She wasn’t any help she was on the girls side. She told me Johanna had said I was trying to exchange a beat up tool and I did it multiple times ect. Many other lies. I don’t understand how they can lie like that. They both, Kathy and Johanna were so unprofessional. Anyway I ended going to Rowland heights Cosmoprof I told them what happened and they were nice about it they didn’t understand why they were complicated about it. So now I don’t care I drive all the way to Rowland heights. Just know that if u have issues with anything this isn’t the place to go back to!!!

This place really deserves the 5 stars other Unilocalers have left, I loved and appreciated the service I got from Jess when I came in recently. She gave me her honest opinion about the products I was interested in as well as helped me pick out a blow dryer(Infrashine) to replace my Sedu that I just really couldn’t grow to love. The store itself was nice and orderly, everything was where it was supposed to be. The prices are great, but be forewarned CosmoProf is not open to the public, only licensed professionals. In the end, Jess’ customer service deserves the 5 stars and is what will keep me coming back to this location over others!

Love this place, it’s like a kid walking in a candy store. I really like the customer service, they are all very helpful and extremely NICE!!! I enjoy the atmosphere while shopping, it’s clean, neat, and fully stocked! The associates are experts at letting you know what products are best sellers & great products.

(come on now, we know all you metros out there, and even the self-proclaimed guy’s guys, are being clandestinely supplied by your S.O.‘s in record numbers, and that you’re hooked on the self-pampering liquid, pasty, misty and gelly crack these ultra über upscale beauty.er.*cough*-‘grooming’ products deliver.) I could be a shameless profiteer off of your insatiable vanity-laden desires… for a small fee today i would gladly deliver you the goods on tuesday(or anyday, for that matter) for a steep, almost 50% off discount of what you pay in your bougie spas and salons. Just name your poison. Schwartzkopf? KMS? Redken? Tigi? Oops. Wait. Shhhhhh… Here comes the Cosmoprof Police to bust my ass for letting out this salon-only secret. I promise I won’t name names. Just make sure you get yourself your own licensed salon professional supplier to feed your habit. And maybe a good alias ‘n’ disguise, once the Cosmoprof Spooks show up at your door with a search warrant to root out the loot you’re hoarding! Or Not. I wouldn’t want to encourage or reward bad behavior. Especially in this wholesome and totally transparent Unilocal forum. The friendly professionals at Cosmoprof would not approve! DONE…and Run!
