I went in with the intention to buy pajama bottoms but the selection in their pajamas section was really limited in the bottoms department. Because of that I instead found a top in their clearance section that I got a really great deal on with my $ 5 reward and an extra 30% off. The guy that rung me up was friendly.

Old navy usually have good deals. The staff here are friendly and they always accommodate to customers. My only complaint is the hangers don’t match the actually size of the item. So be sure to check the tag to get the right size!

The lines are extremely long, especially when you go there an hour before the store close. But the staffs are friendly.

I don’t shop at old navy or buy their clothing, but my mom recently purchased a sweatshirt material jacket. She ended up returning it though because it didn’t fit her right. Even the smallest size was too big on her. Most of the clothes here are big in size, so I advise you to try it on before you purchase. Also sales associate looks like they hate their job. Well at least when I came in to process the return. Will I be shopping here again? Probably not, but if I have time to spend, sure.

I want to preface this by saying not only am I a former Old Navy employee(different location) but I’m also a big fan of Old Navy. This review doesn’t reflect their prices or sales, but merely my experience at this location. Before my visit, I had already been told by a close friend(and Gap employee) that this location had horrible customer service. But I decided to take a look for myself since it’s so much closer than the Whittier location. Here are my faults with this location: 1. I went on a Sat evening and was not greeted once on the floor during my entire visit. 2. They were having a big activewear sale, however, all their activewear was in the very back of the store. How this makes sense, I’m not quite sure. 3. Signage was poor and lacking with signs saying«up to 75% off» with the«up to» in small font to confuse the customer. 4. Employees were hard to track down on the floor to ask for help. 5. The one employee that I asked about a price told me she was«not sure» but never offered to check with another employee or check the price at the register, which I know she is capable of doing as a former employee. It’s a button called«price check.» 6. The store was in complete disarray with nothing properly folded or recovered. 7. I didn’t go into the fitting rooms, but I’m sure they were also a disaster. 8. Lines were long and slow even with 4 employees at the register. For being a Sat evening during a large sale, there should have been more staff on hand. 9. A cashier named Joe was snobby and curt with his transaction, as if I were doing him a favor. Not once did he smile or offer a pleasantry, which is something you need when you’re trying to get customers to sign up for credit cards. Overall, worst Old Navy I’ve experienced in a very long time. Management really needs to step it up. I will definitely stick to the Whittier(decent) and Brea(amazing) branches for my future purchases.
