I went to this school growing up from 5−8th grade. I faced some of the most difficult times in my life with finding friends. I loved 5th and 6th grade. 7th and 8th grade was hard for me, especially because I was a minority, a vegetarian, and a straight A teacher’s pet. I have a lot of good memories however with my teachers but the majority of the kids there were not well educated, maybe from past schools and even the quality of education there? It brought down the drive for success and made those that did have drive dumb down. There aren’t many choices for schools in this city and I’m thinking twice about enrolling my daughter.
