Never EVER ordering from this Domino’s Pizza again. Placed an order online to have pizza delivered to my daughter’s daycare for her birthday. Followed the tracker only to find out that it wasn’t going to be delivered for another hour. Called to check on the order and they had me on hold for 15 minutes only to tell me that they JUST the got the order (I had placed the order 30 minutes earlier) and I would have to wait more than another 30 minutes because they had other orders ahead of me. Thanks for ruining my daughter’s birthday.

How is this place still in business??! The employees have no people skills and placing orders over the phone makes you not want pizza anymore. I feel bad for whoever works here or has to settle for their service

Small Domino’s. 1 table to sit and wait.
Ordered online, to go, and it was ready when I came to pick it up.
Street parking.
Hawaiian Handmade Pan Pizza — $ 12.21 — Crust was nice and chewy. Pineapple and ham was as good as it can be. Medium size for this style only.

As you can see, I don’t give out bad ratings that often. But this place — bad all around. It’s so ghetto that there is bullet-​proof glass. I try to go to Montebello establishments, because I live in the City and want to patronize local establishments.
I ordered online, and didn’t drive there until online said it was «ready for pick-​up.» Then, I drove 5 minutes to get there, and guess, what — not done or not available. I waited 15 more minutes and had to ask 2 times to try to get my pizzas. Then, they were cold and not very good. You’re better off going down the street, or chopping on a piece of cardboard. Not happy.

Since she does not have a nametag on I cannot post her name however I am in the restaurant as I write this review. One of the staff members didnt acknowledge me while I was waiting to place an order. She looked me in the face and proceeded to do whatever it was she was doing. She could have at least said that someone would be with me, that would have been the customer service thing to do. Now this is my first bad experience coming here a few times in the past, however she needs some customer service coaching.

My small thin crust pizza and buffalo chicken arrived about 30 minutes after Domino’s tracker said the pizza was on it’s way. The pizza wasn’t exactly hot, but neither cold. No big deal for me, but just to let others know ;) Also, the pizza was just a tiny bit burnt, but the chicken was BOMB!!! My delivery driver was polite. Cool, chill dude. I’d still order from this location because #1 I always order from Domino’s, #2 the chicken really hit the spot; it was good, warm and cheesy. If you like cheese ;) #3 I’d like to try a hand tossed, non-​burnt pizza next time.

Manager Karla is rude! My fiancé ordered a pizza and paid over the phone then he had canceled it because it wasn’t what I wanted and he called back after talking to me to re order and the lady was going to do it but Karla was in the back and asked who it was. The lady told her and she was like no he can’t order it again. So then said he would do a whole new order then and the lady said no and Karla was in the back tapping away running her mouth. She is very unprofessional. So my fiancé asked for the managers name and the lady told him, them Karla was like why does he want to know my name. She is pathetic.

Got here at around 420 pm told it was going to be about thirty to forty five min wait but as other people kept coming in and were told about the wait, they started complaining and got seated before us thanks to George a hostess there that is so wrong and inappropriate this is last time we are coming here. Would have left but we had already invested 30 mins here.

Pizza arrived burnt. They blamed the fact that it was thin crust. Only half was burnt and I have ordered thin crust from Domino’s for years with no problem. I’m pretty sure if no other Domino’s in the 4 other states I’ve ordered from have that problem that they shouldn’t either. Never again!
Apologies not excuses would have saved them from a bad review. Just FYI.

I get free delivery from ShopRunner so I always order some dominos whenever I’m too lazy to make food or we have people over for game nights.
Over the last couple of years they have been waaay better than they used to be. The flavor is good, never missing cheese with too much sauce (like ahem Pizza hut). 5.99 for the medium pizzas is a good deal and you get to choose 2 toppings as well. They always deliver on time and never had an order with incorrect toppings.

Had to wait over an hour for delivery to an address that is 3 blocks away. Im sure ill receive cold pizza. Unacceptable.

I have to admit I’d rather have delivery but in this case I didn’t have the patients to wait 30 – 40 min I did carry out and my order was ready in 15 min. When you walk in it’s really clean. There’s a bench on the left side clear view to the Outside and the register.
