This place has ok doctors but for sure the most sarcastic and worse customer service I have every experience. Too bad I have to choose one star to be able to write this. They don’t deserve one star! I had taken my daughter there to have her eyes checked out and we ended up getting some glasses for her. I received an automated message indicating the glasses were ready to be picked up. I called them and was told that I could pick them up from 8am to 5:30pm. The next day, I showed up exactly at 8am only to be told that they could not give me the glasses because that dept is only there from 9am to 5:30pm. I advised the manager that I had called the day before and that is not what they had told me over the phone. The worse thing is that she seemed unconcerned about this, I guess their bad communication and horrible customer service stems from upper management all the way down to their operators. And again, too bad I have to choose one star to be able to write and post this, but they don’t deserve it! DON’T WASTEYOURTIME, GOSOMEWHEREELSE!!!

Wow, I’m in shock that this place never changed. Story time kiddos, 2 yrs ago my new insurance appointed me to this location different to my optometrist. This crazy doctor had me do crazy things such as wearing my trial lenses the opposite way bc they weren’t comfortable and obviously the wrong measurements! This doctor claimed that I have myopia, of course I don’t!, and she had a pissed off attitude. I was fed up with this place that I demanded my insurance to change my optometrist to my trusted one. And that’s not all folks! THEYSENTUS A $ 425BILL to have us pay for the appointments bc of checking the ill fitting of my lenses! Thankfully my insurance denied it, but they STILL sent me bills until my insurance threatened them. Talk about being money hungry!!! AVOID THiS PLACE At ALLCOSTS!

its so sad how this clinic disposes of peoples’ time! they over book appointments and have to waiting rooms! when you finally get to see the specialist you’ve gone through 2 assistants just to make you says the«alphabet» appointment was at 9:30 am it is almost 11:00 and still waiting to say another set of alphabets! your clinic is so pathetic! my time is very precious, stop over booking and really get to work!!!

From the start at the front desk i was disappointed to be confronted by such an arrogant young lady that sits to the left of the office manager, as i attempted to say how are you today, she cut me off, no smile of course asking for my medical cards insurance etc. after i offered them from the beginning, every word i said was wrong to her and she continually trying to make herself the teacher and trying to make me look like a fool, no respect whatsoever. i cant say anything to regards of service because i never proceeded with it, walked out in disgust. I really feel sorry for the people ahead of me as she talked to them like they owed her money, there were 2 ahead of me that spoke Spanish only and were down talked as well, whats up with that? they really have to change that inconsiderate little girl at the counter, she’s a bad representation for the company.
