This has to be the worst call it spring store I have gone to and I don’t plan on ever making a purchase there again. First off the store manager, Asucena was her name, inputed my address incorrectly and my shoes were being shipped off to some other non existent city. I emailed their customer service and they were no help. Instead the UPS helped me out and I picked it up at one of their locations. At that point I looked at the shoes and realized I no longer liked them and decided to return them. That same day I went to the Montebello Call It Spring and was attended by the manager Asucena again. I told her I wanted to return the shoes and her smile disappeared, giving me a rude look. I was thrown back but I didn’t care because I didn’t do anything wrong. From there on, she began to interrogate me about the shoes. I was fed up at that point as all her job required is for her to give me my money back. She completely transformed and was so rude to me. She continued to insist on why I didn’t want the shoes and I told her I didn’t like them. She finally gave me my money back but I was so furious with the way she treated me. I know I returned the shoes but that is no way to treat a customer. This manager has such an ugly personality when it comes to customers returning shoes. The only thing she did was force me to no longer enter that store.

I will never place an order in store or online again. I was doing an exchange on 2 items at the Montebello location that I ordered online. They didn’t have my size or color so they offered to ship them to me and the difference I owed for the exchange was $ 0.01. I received an order confirmation email a few hours later after I left the store. They shoes were delivered about a week ago and I did not like them so I went to the Downey location to do a return. I was told because I did not have the original receipt from Montebello showing how much they were or how I paid. Yet I have the packing slip that came with the shoes and the order number. Really? They can’t look up the information with the order number? Then why the hell do I have a packing slip and order number for if it can’t be used to help me return/exchange an item. This is ridiculous! I have never had any problems like this trying to return an item. I just want my money back and I’ve tried calling customer service 3 times to get help with this and have been left on hold over 15 minutes each time. I would not recommend buying anything online or having anything shipped in case something like this may happen.

They online store and customer services really sucks. I ordered a pair of shoes online, I ended up received one size 6 and one size 8 and they both for right side. That is really incredible sucks, it took me long time for returning the shoes

The online store sucks. I had trouble with UPS, but they want me to handle it myself. :(I doubt that there will be a next time

There shoes are always nice, they have a wide selection of boots and casual shoes. the only problem i have is some boots the material is real cheap but some are real good so i guess they vary. I love them in general.

A pair of boots caught my eyes at this store, so I had to go in! The service at this location was amazing, the Girl who helped me was named Brianna and went above and beyond with me. She seemed genuinely interested in me and my needs/wants also very informative. She made my experience excellent. Thank you so much!!!
