We’ve been here a few times before for oil changes and tune ups and have always received great service. The customer service here is above all others as they really take time to listen to your concerns and go over what needs to be done. They recommend things that are actually needed and let you know when something should really be done or if it can wait. They treat your car just like it was their own and get it in and out promptly. I always see them working and not just standing around like some of the other big name chain mechanics. They warranty the work and work with you on pricing to make sure everything is within your limits. In a world where mechanics are more scary than dentists, this is the type of shop you can depend on and keep coming back.

Returned for my oil change and explained the electrical problems and engine knocking with Arturo and Susanna. They took the time to explain and listen to my concerns. They reminded me that I can return my car if the knocking gets worse. I really believe they care and are honest. Unfortunately this line of business they are in is not easy since they are helping people by saving us money yet get the rap when something goes wrong. I think they really did try their best to provide good service. They deserve five stars for excellent customer service and our car engine has been running well.
