We had moved in for a month, this place looks and lives quiet and nice people are living here. I saw the bad review is posted and we felt the same, their operators are not professional, calls never return and they posts on the internet are not correct. Finally we reach manager, he, Jason has took care every problem and now we are very happy! Highly recommend !

I wanted to see an apartment here a few years ago — they had a few listed on craigslist.
You have to call a 1 – 800 number in order to speak to someone.
I gave them all my info… nada… nothing… no call back … zip … zilch
Tried a few more times. Called the 800 number again. Spoke to them to let them know that I really wanted to see an apartment. They apologized — said someone would get back to me shortly — … nope. Never happened.
Probably a good thing because I can’t imagine what happens when you ARE actually living there and you have a broken pipe, over flowing toilet etc etc.
