Reflection

Shoes are cute, however cheap .very cheap quality! I bought some sandals there last summer and the bottom of the shoe came APART!!! Didn’t learn though… went in early June this yr and the second pair is now coming apart on the bottom!!! We havn’t even got thr summer!!! Will NEVER NEVER shop there again!!!

The younger girl working in the store seemed irritated to be working which came across with any «help» she gave me. I eventually just dealt with the older lady in the store to not have to deal with the attitude.
I’m a big believer in awesome customer service in all aspects. This store is getting one star for one major downer which is their «buy one get one ½ off» sale policy. Sounds awesome, right?! Who doesn’t love a discount?! Once you’re at the counter paying they throw the «all sales are final on both shoes» line at you. Really!!! What if I want to exchange for another size or another pair of shoes? I’m still spending money in your store. This just seems like a huge trap!
So here’s the story:
Yesterday I bought two pairs of shoes. Today, I wanted to exchange the cheaper pair of shoes for the same shoe I bought as my second pair but in a different color of the one I purchased. The shoe was more expensive which means I would be paying a difference giving the store more money. The girl today said absolutely not you agreed to the final sale contract since we gave you a pair of shoes half off. So ridiculous!
This is the kind of crappy store policies that make me shop elsewhere. I’m willing to pay a little more for better customer service. Other stores offer the same deal for half off with better store policies.
Seems like they just want to get your money period. Once you pay there is absolutely no way of getting any sort of store credit or refund so beware.

In this store the employees have no concept of customer service! Rancho is much better!

Fraud they won’t return shoes and honor their policy. Nor do they have a professional corporate office.

Stepping my heel game up, Reflections is the place for me to go! Soooo many cute shoes but I’m limited to certain heels/​boots because I suck at walking in high heels without ankle straps so that puts a damper on the mood whenever I make my rounds :/​I love the prices for all of their selections. Definitely in my price range because I am NOT the type of female who blows a paycheck on a pair of shoes to impress other females. No I’m sorry, I have a mortgage to tend to, thanks.
I had to have strength to not try on EVERY shoe I wanted so I just grabbed two pairs of dark gray heels. Both sooo cute but I only ended up getting one of them for $ 39! However, I’ll probably come back in a few weeks after my bday for the other pair. I can’t wait til boot season comes around and they’re full stocked with plenty. I’m ready for my leather knee highs :)

I’ve bought several pairs of sandals here. This place is located at Montclair Plaza. second level near Forever 21 and Charlotte Russe. But yeah. I like this place for their prices and cute sandals. I currently own at least 4 pairs of shoes from this place and I’m definitely gonna continue to shop here :) Besides flip flops and sandals, they also have boots, heels, and flats. I’m not too knowledgeable on the exact names of the shoes but yeah. you get the idea. They also sell some handbags. You’ll see them displayed on the walls. and some accessories and scarve-​like things towards the back. If you’re looking to buy cute shoes for your feet, and are looking for something not too pricey, then Reflection is a good place to go
