The Montclair Radio Shack employees are very helpful to their customers Especially the Managers! When I needed a part for my phone they were helpful. I DON’T LIKE GOING TO THE BLOOMFIELD STORE, even when there are 5 employees on duty. I was hardly noticed and they were too busy talking about their personal life. Too many of their friends seem to stop by. It felt like we were bothering them when help was needed. When I needed a sale item in the Bloomfield Store they never even suggested to call Montclair. I LIKE MONTCLAIR Radio Shack they seem to be more respectful. I would recommend Montclair anytime and not Bloomfield.(Management should find more mature people for the Bloomfield store).
