I recently purchased a two hour on location photo session for a family member from Groupon. As soon, as I purchased it. I had to call several time to make an appointment. took 2 weeks to finally get one call back. that they need to check their schedule. well I never got a returned call. I even had my family member call and no luck. Very unprofessional. I request a refund from Groupon, as I didn’t even want them to have my business anymore.!! Again. very unprofessional not even to return a call back!
Would rate a ZERO. not even a 1 star!

WARNING. Sarah Juttner took pictures of our newborn and took our money. Three months later she still has not delivered the pictures for which we paid.

Sarah is extremely professional patient and creative. She took photos of my two teenage girls in their cheer uniforms they turned out amazing the lighting is perfect and her editing is incredible.

Sarah traditionally takes baby pictures, but as a fan of her work we hired her for our parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration and couldn’t be happier with her photographs. She has a incredible eye for those special moments & we especially loved her candid photographs!

I had been looking for a newborn photographer for my son, since our scheduled one got sick. I found Sarah and called her and she returned my call right away. She was able to schedule us in and sent an amazing email of what to expect! On arrival she greeted us with a comforting smile and was very professional! She took the time to allow my son to be a newborn and took time to rock and soothe him. Sarah knows what she is doing she masters the poses and set up for the session! I could not be more satisfied with the way she treated my little guy and her amazing work!!! She has amazing props for newborns and it is definitely her talent! You can tell she loves what she does because she is so good at it!!! I highly recommend her!
