Le Marx Hair Studio & Wellness Spa

This was my first time going my appointment was for 11:00 I arrived at 10:30 because I know stylists don’t like it when you are late so I try and arrive a little early. No one showed up to open the salon until 11:20 then I was told the stylist I scheduled with called out. I understand things happen however being a first time client it was definitely a turn off. There was only one stylist working she did a great job I was very pleased Evelyn was her name. I had a gift certificate which also included a complimentary beverage I did not get that because the person responsible for making the drinks wasn’t there. Also the gift certificate was for cut blow dry and style but the cut is only if you have short hair and a separate charge for curling the hair which was not indicated on there a little misleading. Seems like a nice salon I was just turned off at how unorganized things were very bad business when trying to win over a new client. Evelyn was very nice tho and very knowledgable on hair care great stylist!
