Loved this place when we first started going. We try to come once a month but as time goes by, my family and I do not enjoy anything. Although they have a wide variety of pizzas, everything else is pretty much dull. The glasses for the drinks are very old and scratched. We have to wait more than twenty minutes to get fried chicken. They always have the same options and rarely have fresh made stuff(do not expect fruit) The games are pretty diverse but there is a good chance they are out of order. Wish I could say nicer things!

Like a giant chuck e cheese with rides. Here’s the dealio. Line up(long lines during peak hours), pay the buffet price, and enter. It’s about $ 11 for adults and I think you have to get the buffet to play the games or go on rides. Buffet has a TON of pizza and your standard soups salads and pastas. Their food was good for the price but I wouldn’t come here for the food alone. If you come during peak hours, they WILL run out of food so beware. That said, this is a great place for a birthday party! They have cute themed rooms and kids can play games allllll day and eat when they’re hungry. Everyone wins!

1st time here with 2 kids. Super big place, half the facility is themed dining rooms. Food was average, mostly carbs and junk food. Salad was decent. The African American busboy was real nice. The rest of staff not so much. A large percentage of their games are either broken or not working correctly which is why the low score. Mostly the same games you would find at Chuck e cheese but often more expensive. Tokens are stored on a digital slide card and so are the tickets. Overall not that much different than Chuck e cheese except more real estate, more expensive and lacking personality.

Like many would say. if I could give them a zero I would! I’ve had a party here a couple of years ago for my daughter and everything went well. Everything was organized and it was worth the price. Fast forward to this past Saturday for my son’s bday. I booked John’s over a month ago and we were all very excited because it’s been a while since we had a party here. Boy, was it a big mistake! I called them the week of the party to make sure I can come early to setup the cake that a friend of mine made. When we arrived, the room was not ready. We were told we could go inside to setup 15 mins later. The room was filthy, sticky floors, trash everywhere. Look, I get it, it’s a weekend and it’s busy. But if I’m paying a lot of money for a room to have my family and friends celebrate my son’s birthday it better be ready and clean. Unfortunately, they ran late with the clean up. The employees introduced themselves to me which I appreciated but they lacked enthusiasm and professionalism. I thought I was going to be able to sit back and relax to celebrate my son’s birthday. Nope. I didn’t even get to eat! I was being asked so many questions by the employees that I didn’t even get a chance to sit down. Maybe those questions should’ve been done prior to having the party like as part of their booking process… Anyway, as soon as my guests arrive they were greeted with a hot muggy room, smelling like someone over did it with the lysol. It was such a strong scent plus it didn’t help that the AC was broken. It was raining that night but it was so hot inside the room! 15 minutes in… I was asked what type of pizzas I wanted for the room for the kids. I chose the pizzas but it didn’t come out until 20 – 30 minutes later and the kids were so HANGRY! That’s right HANGRY! Many of my guests decided to go out into the buffet area just to line up for an additional 30 to 40 minutes just for food. People fighting over plates, utensils, and some fried chicken! It was ridiculous! PLUS, THEFOODAREAWASSOUNSANITARY! ITDIDN’T LOOKAPPETIZINGWHATSOEVER! Bathrooms were filthy even my mother in law did not want to use it. How embarrassing! What happened to this John’s location?!! If you want to have a party here… BEWARE! Save your money and go elsewhere. I’ve filled out the survey and spoke with the corporate office about this… It’s no way to celebrate a kids birthday party! We will be calling public health inspection…

The one star goes to all the variety games they have but that’s it. Me and my family came here on a Monday, the places was nearly empty it was rather nice. I can’t even begin to describe how filthy this place was! There was no food and the food they did have seemed like it had been sitting there for who knows how long. Where the food was it was beyond dirty! The dishes in the clean dish rack were not washed properly… it was disgusting. I wish we could just come to play and not be forced to pay for their crappy nasty food!!! What’s sad is it was a dam Monday and t was empty and still dirty as if it was a busy Saturday night… smh!!!

Zero stars if it were possible. I paid over 1k for my daughters birthday party. Only to host and clean up(I thought that was included). My 2 hostess were great, I felt they needed a 3rd person. Not to mention pizza’s not coming out on time. And when they do plates are no where in sight. So 30 hungry kids eating pizza having cheese and grease drip onto table and clothes. I believed I asked a total of 5 times for more plates and cups. The room was disgustingly hot and musty my guest left to stand outside at one point. Once my bill came there were 6 people on my bill that I did not know. Had I not checked and just handed her my card it would have been an additional $ 100 for those«people» I was also billed twice for 2 guest. As I was finalizing my bill in the back I hear an un happy worker stating she’s not willing to host the party next door. If you’re not happy there go home. Parents work hard to give their kids just one night based solely on them, and it does not need to be ruined by your negative vibes. I believed I paid to have a decent amount of «hostess» so I can relax and have a good time with my kids, friends & family. But I didn’t. I wasn’t even able to eat. Due to the fact I was gathering trays and wiping down tables as trash was piling up. I use to like come here, and so did my kids. Ive had a few parties here as well. But after yesterdays I would have to say never again will I spend my hard earned money at this place. Management get your staff organized and have them do their job properly. We all have days where we don’t want to be at work but we also have the decency to leave that at the door and not let it interfere with our job. At the end of the day its all about the kids and making them happy and showing them a good time.

Niece’s 4th bday, the kids are enjoying the games — kids are being kids, but the adults are having problem with this place because there’s no food!!! Pizzas are all soggy on the bottom, I guess they just want to put all the pizzas out so fast to compensate for the other missing food items. Where’s the breadsticks? Where’s the chicken? Desserts(only ice cream, rice krispies, and lots of crumbs on empty trays)? Saturday night dining at 8PM is a disaster

Food for 5 and a 20 dollar play card…60 bucks, ok. The thing that really was just not acceptable was the fact that they had like so many games that clearly are not qorking correctly but one person to fix them. It seems petty to bug someone for a few games lost but those tokens could ha e been spent on a machine that worked. Then they so much dried food on the buffet bar, smh. At this point i think it might just be better to go to Chuck E Cheese, disappointed.

I used to go here a lot because their food used to be good… Went here for a birthday party on a Saturday night. I know its the weekend it’s suppose to be busy but they can’t keep up with the number of customers because they don’t have enough staff and not having enough staff doesn’t just affect customer service but also the food preparation. They were running out of food and utensils and ice for drinks. I highly recommend not going on weekends or be prepare to be patient before going here because you’ll be paying to wait for everything.

Used to come here a lot but after my experience today I will never come back. All the food was under cooked, the place was a mess and several of the machines(ice cream and drinks) were broken. My wife and mom also noticed that several the serving cups were dirty. A few of the cups even had lip stick on them. Totally gross. Someone needs to learn to wash dishes. For all the money you pay to go hear this is unacceptable. I was so disgusted I barely ate. I feel like I got robbed. I’ll never come here again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else come either. This place has REALLY gone downhill.

This place is like a hybrid of Chuck E. Cheese and Dave n Busters on steroids. They have everything here you can imagine and more. With an all you can eat buffet serving a variety of specialty pizza, a pasta station, fried chicken, corn, mashed potatoes, salad station, dessert station with made before your eyes fresh donuts, there is something to please everyone. They have many private rooms to throw birthday parties, too. This place is great for families! There’s a «kiddie land» for smaller kids under 5 and then there’s big kids attractions such as bumper cars, glow in the dark mini golf, and even a small bowling alley inside this incredible place. There’s also rides and attractions similar to those you would find at the carnival! Definitely a lot to do when you’re here. The only negative thing I could say during my experience here is that sometimes the food isn’t replenished fast enough. For example when I went to get dessert almost all the dessert trays were empty! All in all, if you’re looking for some family fun, this is the place to go.

The staff was very nice. To my surprise, most establishments like these always get a bad rap because you hear the common complaints of 1. Food was bad 2. Staff was not attentive 3. Parking was horrible etc… BUT today was a good day. Everything went well for the family who held it here. Kudos to the 4 young ladies who consistently cleared dirty plates and napkins off the tables and asking us if we needed anything else !

We’re NEVER coming back to this location. Maybe we’ll try another location eventually but not any time soon. Nasty food, crowded, so many broken games, and ghetto a** people at this location, plus it was hard to feed my son who has a dairy allergy. The food was horrible. There were only a few pizzas out and about half the stations had signs telling you to request that pizza if you wanted some. It’s a weekend, and everything should be available. I could see some things not being made during the slower weekdays, but not on a weekend afternoon. For a pizza place, the pizzas were nothing special. I think Costco pizza is way better than this. Their famous pb&j pizza wasn’t even available without requesting it, which no one did. The noodle stations were just yucky. The noodles looked like they had been sitting in the back long enough for the noodles on top to dry out The soups looked unappetizing. The dessert station, which everyone looks forward to, was the worst station. BOTH ice cream machines were out of order! There were some cookies and an old looking apple crisp. The donuts were ok but they were a little dry. The only other desserts were rice crispy treats, brownies, and pumpkin bars, which were delicious, but it was so crowded that they were always empty. And the portions were super tiny! I have a toddler with a dairy allergy, and it turned out that basically everything had some type of dairy in it. The corn had butter, the bread sticks had butter, the rice with chicken had diary in it. I had to feed him plain noodles and cold veggies from the salad bar. I was a little worried about cross-contamination, especially at the salad bar because people were slobs and got dressing and cottage cheese everywhere. They didn’t even have jello or fresh fruit. The canned peaches, applesauce, and canned pineapple were the only non-dairy desserts so he skipped dessert. I knew it would be busy on a weekend but we were there for my little sister’s birthday so we had no choice. A few minutes into playing games, my sister was in tears because ANADULT was yelling and cursing at her best friend. My brother who was with them tried to figure out what was going on, but the irate woman stormed off to call an employee to mediate the situation. She never fully explained why she was upset, probably because she realized how stupid she sounded trying to defend losing her cool and cursing at a special needs CHILD. I completely forgot the JIP employee was there because he didn’t say a single word during the conversation, which I can’t really blame him for because he looked like he was still in high school and he probably didn’t know how to handle the situation. In the end I had to say we’re just going to have to let it go, and the woman eventually apologized, but this verbal altercation ruined my little sister’s birthday. She and her friend were very upset. The restrooms were dirty! And I’m not talking about the clogged toilets and dirty toilet seats kind of «dirty» from a busy weekend, which I did see, but I’m also talking about the kind of dirty that comes from neglect, like unknown splatter on the ceiling and rust on the tiles under the sinks. So many games were out of order! And the toddler section was FILTHY!!! I didn’t let my son play there because it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Everything has a grayish/black layer of dirt on it. Did I mention how hot it was in there?! They need to turn up or fix the AC.

Always I start at three stars and plan to enjoy my way up to five. Unfortunately, it’s not in the cards this time. We chose the Hawaiian themed dining area because it was the quietest(think surfing, skateboarding, and grass umbrellas) and we came in late in the evening and with a two-year-old. Though only a couple of tables were in use, the«clean» tables needed to be washed and the floor under the tables needs a good mopping(as my shoes will need when we leave-very sticky!). When an attendant came into the room and made sure people had paid for drinks and such but didn’t check to clean nor clean a table… I dropped the review to two stars. Only fresh, hot, tasty food could have raised to a five star, but it was not to be. The pasta was either hardened from sitting out or mushy from sitting in water. The lettuce needed to be drained, but was nice and green. One of our baked potatoes was perfect, the other was partially raw. They have EXCELLENT bread«sticks.» These are more like very fresh and soft mini loafs of bread. Pizza was okay. I can’t say anything bad about it, pizza is subjective. I wouldn’t come for the pizza, but I’d eat it while I played. The dough is fresh tasting. Drink selection is excellent — there’s everything from Coke to Icee to hot cocoa. With the exception to the«cheesecake,» the deserts were tasty and fresh. The«swirl» ice-cream is just chocolate. I’ll bring the review back to three stars. Time for games! Our little one was only two, and before we came in, we made sure there were activities she could do successfully. We were assured there were two and a few games. One of the two was iffy on her size, give or take ½ an inch but because there’s no way a two year old can ride it alone, we’d ride with her. But no. Adults taller than 4 feet are too tall. The other ride for her … Well, no one was there to help. We push a convenient button to call attendant. Nothing. We go to INFORMATION and are told they’ve called someone and that it’ll be about 5 – 10 minutes because the attendant can only be at one place at a time. We waited ten minutes, played a few games, took her on a couple coin rides… Still no attendant. All the other parents and kids also left that area after waiting. By this time there’s only 30 minutes left to play before closing time. It’s not easy to spend credits you purchased specifically for a few rides on games for a two-year-old. [[[Be sure to request the information that not all rides are open when people come in at least after 8:00 because maybe you need to manage your time better or eat AFTER you get a chance to ride.]]] Technically, the fact we didn’t get the little one on any ride was bad enough, seeing as the rides were the reason we came here, but that we asked before paying what rides she could ride and it turns out there’s only one AND she didn’t get to ride due to the operation and staff is enough for one star. Seriously, aren’t the rides the reason John’s is incredible? But I’m going to give them two stars because I’m hoping this was a freak thing and doesn’t usually happen and it COULD be fun for probably 4-year-olds and up. Our 2-year-old still had fun, but for what was accessible… Oops. I’m changing my mind. ONESTAR because at 9:56 an attendant finally came and NEVERSAID A WORDTOUS. It closes at 10:00 so that’s that. Changing my mind again-we moved to another table and the attendants there came to our table three times to collect plates and check on us. I’ll add a star just for them. This place was a great idea and a huge letdown.

The first time I took my goddaughter here, I had a very interesting experience. I went for the lunch special, which is super affordable. Considering the price the food is pretty good. It’s buffet style and has salad, soup, pizza, chicken, pasta, and some veggie sides. My favorite item, is the fried chicken. I must not be the only one that feels that way. When I first attempted to get some fried chicken, the woman in front of me loaded her tray with ALL of the chicken and left me none. I was appalled! Actually, I think I was mostly in shock. When the next batch was done, I finally tried it and I was very pleased. The busboy I’ve had both times I’ve dinned here was very efficient and friendly. Really good kid. Unfortunately, I was more pleased with the food than I was with the gaming area. The games kept breaking down on my daughter. When I asked for assistance from one young female assistant, she was very rude and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but at work. These games need to be revamped, desperately. I would say when it comes to this place, the good slightly outweighs the bad. And the fact that my goddaughter loves this palce, makes a solid three stars.

Been here a few times and the food is not the best, then again which buffet is? I’m not big on buffets period, however some may be better then others. In this case, this buffet falls very short. The food is not fresh and just sits there for hours getting hard and old. I guess when there are a lot of people it becomes some what of a pro because the food is getting brought out more often, but the con is it gets so crowded and at times it gets cray cray and it becomes mission impossible to grab a popular item. As soon as it’s brought out it disappears and your pretty much screwed until the next pile up, if you ain’t Johnny on the spot. Again this is when it’s busy. Some of the pizzas and a few items taste good like the chili soup. That’s actually really tasty. Most of the food items are very bland. And the desserts suck. The kids will have a blast here because they have a lot of older kid games and rides. The different room set ups are pretty cool. Will I return? Yes, but not by choice. It’s actually rare when I come here.

If hometown buffet and Chuck E. Cheese had a child his name would be John. Although I would not say he’s incredible, cool at best. Prices are close to par with the parents, not as pricey as hometown for food but not as good either. Slightly more expensive than chuck game wise but better selection of games. The atmosphere is what you should expect from a kids party place, noisy, with kids running around. Overall it’s worth not going to Chuck E. Cheese or having to go to a restaurant before a place to entertain the kids. Did I mention they have 5 beers and a wine to choose from? That could be the deciding factor for some.

We went on our third field trip to John’s Incredible Pizza, my students always love it! We got the school special which was $ 8.99 and includes the pizza buffet, $ 5 game card, and a ride, super awesome deal! The pizza selection is awesome, I really like the Chicken Alfredo pizza. The baked potato soup is also good. Very fun place, with friendly and helpful staff. Hope to come back soon!

Great place for a birthday party. I love this place Not to mention the all you can eat salad bar, pasta bar, dessert bar not to mention unlimited drinks.
