The owner is still rude and impersonal. I had not been to this store in awhile, since my one niece out grew it. The sales person asked if I needed help when I walked in and then I never saw her. I got more assistance from two young girls that were in the store shopping that happened to be the same age. When I made my purchase, I asked what the return policy was, and it stinks for a holiday purchase. I have until Jan 4th to return for store credit only. I asked the owner if she had a box, she looked at me as if I had 4 eyes. She then looked under the counter and said, yes I have one. She then shoved the box and the shirt in the bag, so unprofessional! I went there strictly to support local business and because I didn’t want to go to the mall. Fingers crossed my niece likes the top. I doubt I will go there again.

Owner is rude and cloths are over price.
Their return policy is ridiculous as well as their employees that do not greet you nor help you out. Will never spend money there ever again.
I can find the same cloths in Macy’s or Nordstorms.

Don’t buy presents here! They have a terrible and inflexible return policy. They give you ten days to return something, and even then they only offer store credit. I wanted to exchange something I bought for my niece, simply for the next size up, and they wouldn’t even consider it because I’d missed the ten day deadline. Also, the clothes are really over-​priced and so trendy they’re basically un-​hip, unless your definition of a hip chic is someone who wears whatever everyone else is wearing. I wasted my money– don’t make the same mistake!

I came here one time, when I was in Montclair, looking for some vintage finds and I came across this store. I was with my friend at the time. As we came in the store, we were greeted by the sales associate asking if we needed help. We had just came in the store and just wanted time to look around. The same associate came to us literally one minute later asking if we need help again. She consistently kept asking us, making me feel uncomfortable as if she was suspecting my friend and I were going to steal. Also, one of the other sales associates had made some racial remark to the other associates which my friend and I had took offense. I am never coming here again!

This store has a good selection of clothes for the tween and teen crowd although some of it seems a bit over priced. The sales staff I have encountered during many visits with my daughter have been pleasant and helpful. They seem very tolerant of kids spending long periods of time «just looking».

I also had the same experience with the owner numerous times. I’ve been back because my 11 yr old likes the shop. I went in today with my small quiet dog, it was pouring out. The owner must be sitting at home watching the store from her computer, because a girl in the back came out n said the owner doesn’t allow dogs. It was the final straw of rudeness.
