Head To Toe Harmony

I went to Stephan because I had severe neck pain and it was causing awful headaches. I had a deep tissue massage and he explained every single step. The office is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend him.

Like the other reviewer, this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Stephan is a master — and very kind and courteous. He worked a lot of kinks out in my body and could tell even before I said anything when the pressure needed to be adjusted. His office is very relaxing and beautiful too. And wow was the table nice and toasty! I am glad I found him (a search spawned after I had a bad massage experience at Elements in Montclair). Stephan cares about his work and his clients. Highly recommend!

I received the best massage ever at Head To Toe Harmony. I’d been sitting too long for weeks/​months, and ended up with stiffness and kinks that were getting worse everyday. I am giving 5 stars for (a) ambiance, (b) cleanliness © professionalism (d) price and (e) quality.
Head To Toe Harmony is located in a serene, historical building on a quite street in Montclair. The room is warm and calming — very welcoming. Pricing is reasonable. Stephen was very professional in assessing me, and listening to my issues and concerns. (I’d had negative massage experiences in the past). He was able to pinpoint my problem areas and apply techniques to alleviate/​improve my kinks and stiffness.
I highly recommend Head To Toe Harmony if you are looking for a quality massage. I plan to return on a regular basis. Go see Stephen, you will not be disappointed.

Head to Toe Harmony is the ultimate in massage therapy. Stephan is a very skilled, professional massage therapist who creates a relaxing, rich environment for clients. I often request his deep tissue massage, which erases my muscle knots and stiffness. He also uses natural oils and scents specifically chosen to treat my sinus congestion. He is by far the best massage therapist I have ever found and I have been going to him for two years now. I absolutely recommend Head to Toe Harmony for massage therapy.

I have been regularly getting massages for more than 5 years and started going to Stefan when I was pregnant with my first child; after my previous massage therapist disappeared on me. They were amazing and made me feel great throughout my pregnancy! On top of the normal aches and pains women get when pregnant, I suffer from migraines, as well as lingering effects of various sports injuries, especially to my shoulder and back. I also have a very stressful job. Without Stefan’s massages, which both eased my pains and relieved my stress, my pregnancy would have been difficult, to saw the least; but because I saw Stefan regularly, it was a pretty easy pregnancy. I continue to see Stefan regularly for both pain relief and relaxation. My shoulder and back pain are minimal and my migraines have been non-​existent! I really could not more highly recommend Stefan to anyone.

This was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had if not the best. Stefan is wonderful! This place is an incredible find.
I was developing a migraine due to tension/​stress and was desperate to find some relief. I happened to call Stefan at Head to Toe Harmony and left a message saying that I really needed to find someone who could give me a massage that day. Stefan got back to me within a number of minutes and gave me clear instructions on where to find him (second floor of building 25) and where I could park (garage about 5 minutes away, valet lot next door – I parked in the garage, which I highly recommend so you don’t stress yourself out with meter parking. It’s the same price per hour in any case).
Stefan was extremely warm, friendly, caring, and professional. He took the time to sit and listen to my history with back problems and made sure I was comfortable (the heated massage table is certainly nice!). The ambiance in the room was very nice, although the building’s first floor shares office space with a realty company so it is not your typical «spa» environment. However, everything was perfect and calming and tranquil within the massage room itself.
Stefan’s knowledge, caring and passion for healing through massage is evident. Not only was the massage wonderful, but I didn’t feel rushed in and out, stressed, or short-​changed like I have when I’ve visited other spa settings with an assembly line-​style schedule. It also was a bonus that he gave me 90 minutes of time but charged me for 60 minutes because I was a first time client. He also apparently offers a punch card – after so many massages (6 I believe) you get one free! I will definitely be coming back here.
