I am a loyal follower of the Panda Group, Panda Inn, Panda Express etc. This visit was a let down. I wanted to buy just Fried Rice and Noodles, and an Asian lady helped me out. I saw her scoop into the styro container, just a tiny scoop. Then I asked: open this up, please, she did, it was miniscule portion. Asked«is this all you are giving me?» She replied«Yes». You are very stingy, greedy crowd of people. Rice and Noodles are cheap, you idiots, I refuse to go back there with their attitude and may report this to your corporate headquarters nearby. You damn fools.

If you looking for bland tasting small portion and over priced spot… here u go… I have had the bad encounter at every panda express… They serve u a pound of rice or noodles your choice and 4strips of your entrée u choose w 1⁄3 pound of veggies… It’s not what it used to be when they first started… I have gone to many different locations and this was my last draw… thanks but no thanks… I’m on lunch break and the lines are extremely long w one register open…

My kids love this place. When we don’t know what to eat, Panda satisfies. The fried rice is often dry and they recently«spiced up» the orange chicken recipe, which sucks because the kids really liked that one, but whatever. It’s barely Chinese but it seems fresh and it is fast. Staff here is cool, always smiling even when the line is out the door.

I’ve always been a big fan of Panda but they now have new containers that have sloped sides and raised sections on the bottom so it makes it look like you are getting the same amount of food but you are not. On the positive side, the food was fresh and tasted good. It is just too bad that they resort to deception. It looks as if I’ll need to find a new place for Chinese food.

When I crave Chinese food I always go to panda. Priced a little high but I can’t shake the cravings. Good food but need to lower the prices.

I had to have just had one of the worst meals at a Panda Express ever! Now I didn’t come here looking for nirvana, but at least a tolerable meal. The food was over cooked and tasted burnt. Nothing that I ordered tasted like it was made fresh. It all had a bad burnt taste like they had not washed any of the pans between cooking any of the dishes. I can assure you that this is the first and last time that I will visit this particular Panda Express.

Stopped in today(9÷4÷14) at around 430−5pm. They were out of a lot of entrée items which I didn’t mind because I’d rather have it made fresh. I only waited 5 min for the Angus steak and also ordered the orange chicken which they had plenty of :). The orange chicken was delicious as usual but the steaks sauce tasted a little different. Not in a bad way. Just different. I also was served some inedible parts of the asparagus which was a very small amount anyways. I think I ate 1 asparagus tip and 3 mushrooms. The portion was really really small. Smaller than any other Panda Express I’ve been to, which is my only main complaint. The staff was friendly. Especially the tall employee that personally brought my to go container to the table I was waiting at and offered water while I waited.

portions are small, and I actually witness manager telling their employee not to serve to much food because she a girl manager wanted to keep the food cost down, so you reaise prices and serve less? and the food is not cook well done all the time, and the fried shrimp has different sizes. will stop going for a while.

This was the first time we’ve been here in a while, sorry to say it will be the last time. The fried shrimp was really salty, the fried rice was bland as well as the walnut shrimp. The orange chicken was too spicy. Very disappointing!

Went here for dinner the other night and it’s a typical Panda Express experience. The popular items are usually more fresh than the less popular items, like Eggplant Tofu, which by the way, is really yummy. I like that they have special items like the Shanghai Beef and the new Cod fish dish was really good too. I like that you can see all the fresh cut veggies in the fridge ready to cook up and the service is usually pretty fast and friendly. The line is out the door during lunchtime, but everything is always clean and tidy.

This is a good location, I was greeted, and offered suggestions by the employee, quick, fast and no hassle.

Bad service and bad food. The people working there do not pay attention to you when you’re trying to order food and you end up having to repeat yourself for there times to order one item. They keep talking to each other while you’re trying to place an order. I’ve noticed that for the people in line behind me as well. They also have to repeat themselves, twice at least. The food was also very oily and greasy. When you get to the bottom of the food, you’ll notice a puddle of oil running through the chow mein. There was so much oil that I didn’t feel comfortable eating the meal.

It’s Panda Express. Generic Chinese. But when it’s 6PM and you just don’t feel like cooking it comes in quite handy. My tip: If the line is long, the food is worth the wait. They change the food more often when they’re busy, so you’ll actually receive freshly cooked food. Skip this place if you’re the only one in line. You’re about to receive dry, bland food. Another tip: When they ask if you want a medium drink, ask for a small. Their«small» is a McDonald’s medium. Panda’s «Medium» is a large at any other restaurant. Never put napkins, forks or sugar packets in the bag with your food unless you like them covered in grease/juice.

Okay so listen, a combination of gas prices, tsunamis, earthquakes and weather problems around the world have somehow made this(and surprisingly many locations) of P.E. not make the Eggplant Tofu dish. I fully understood this when I went to a grocery store and saw eggplants going for $ 4.00 a pound. Minus one star for being ridiculously thrifty. Keep an eye out on their facebook/twitter pages for free entrée coupons, etc… you never know when they’ll have it. Also do the free entrée survey at the bottom of your receipt, always nice to add to your dinner with some egg rolls or something. Parking is decent, but the lines get heavy during dinner hours. Come before 6:30 or after 7:45…unless you enjoy seeing hordes of ill-clad families waiting in line talking about the Kardashians. Get some of the hot mustard sauce to douse your food and call it a night!

I’m a Panda whore. I admit it, I could eat it, I dunno 6 out of the 7 days a week or something. Gimme black pepper chicken all day long… Buuuuuuuut, this new corporate policy they have of asking everyone at the register, «Would you like a MEDIUM or LARGE drink with that?» is annoying the sh*t out of me. Really??? Panda — You’re that hard up for profits that you are trying to steer everyone to an upsized soda? Why are you neglecting that small soda cup? I mean, you do have free refills after all…

I know there’s really no reason to review a Panda Express. It is what it is. Nevertheless, mediocre predictability is sometimes exactly what you need. You know the food isn’t going to be spectacular, but it won’t be horrible either. The orange chicken you got six months ago is going to be exactly like the stuff you bring home today. The real reason I’m writing this review is to pay homage to the troll who cut in line ahead of me yesterday. I’ve had quite a few unsettling encounters with«troll people» lately, to the point where I’m wondering if a portal has opened up to an alternate universe – or if I’m the protagonist in a long lost Lovecraft novel. Have you noticed the troll people? Short, squat, square and hideously ugly. They have thick mops of unruly hair, mono-brows and apparently love to spend their time slowing down lines in stores, amusement parks and airports. This particular troll set a new land speed record getting ahead of me at Panda Express – but he certainly lost his velocity the minute they started taking his order. He wanted to try a sample of everything and couldn’t decide what he wanted. He also needed side orders up the ying-yang. Meanwhile, the stalled line was growing out the door. Troll was oblivious to the back-up he was causing. The troll was accompanied by a miniature, female version of himself who appeared to be about five in human years – but in troll age, who knows? She kept sliding a plastic tray back and forth along the runners. Amazing that she only managed to elbow me in the gonads once. She smiled at me and her gap-toothed maw sent a shudder down my spine. Even after the troll paid for his food, he still managed to keep the works gummed up by checking his order at the register and then demanding more fortune cookies. I still don’t know how I stopped myself from thrusting one of my steel-toed boots up his keister. I must commend the workers at Panda Express for their professionalism and courtesy, in the face of perhaps the most irritating customer ever. They had to be as exasperated as I was, but it never showed.

I’m not sure why I’m reviewing this place since there are a million Panda Express’ and they’re all pretty standard. But I figure, they feed me so well at least 2x week that I owe it to them with some free press. Panda Express is quick, easy, and the portions are pretty generous. Where else can you get a 2-meal combo and a fortune cookie for less than $ 6? My personal favorites are the orange chicken, beef and broccoli(when it’s newly cooked, or else it’s soggy) and the BBQ pork. Also, give their Tropical Iced tea… one of the best brews I’ve had. Minus one star for having generic sugar sweeteners. Splenda and Equal can’t possibly be that much more, can it???
