This business obviously needs an office manager to get their front office in order. I have called multiple times over the past week trying to schedule an appointment for a certificate I purchased online, and also sent an email from their website. No one ever answers the phone or calls customers back… no way to run a business and rather unprofessional. Needless to say, I have cancelled my certificate.

I have been trying since the end of December to have anyone return my call to schedule a massage. I have left messages indicating my frustration at not receiving any return calls, but still get no response. If I ever get a chance to schedule, I will be in desparate need of my massage just being so keyed up trying to reach anyone at Masso the Art of Healing!!! After 2 months of unreturned calls– I could not recommend this service to anyone!

Glad I checked the reviews to see I’m not the only one! I’ve called, left messages and sent emails and no response. For a company that’s supposed to help with«relaxation» and«stress relief» they sure are doing the exact opposite! Hopefully groupon gives us a refund!

Nancy is the best. I’ve been seeing her for most of this year. Never had a better massage in my life! She always concentrates on areas that need work and knows what she’s doing for sure!

Had a big issue trying to get in contact to book appointment. Once I did, they worked quickly to get me in. The rooms are nice, however you can sometimes hear people move around upstairs– it isn’t loud. The massage was great, and I would recommend trying.

This is a gem in the middle of nowhere! Having bought a Groupon for a prenatal massage at about $ 40, I didn’t think I should expect much. Well let me tell you, Nancy was great! This is the prenatal massage I had in mind during my previous experience at another place. Nancy gave me a full body massage but made sure to focus on that evil knot in my lower back. She ended with a foot rub and hot towels on my feet– so rejuvenating. She also asked if I wanted the table heated or not prior to beginning, which was nice I’m always hot. I even had a comfy pillow for my belly and one to keep between my knees. Be warned this is a bare bones establishment. The location is in the rear, bottom floor of a strip mall so I could hear what sounded like furniture being moved around upstairs. But if you don’t care about spa frills, you won’t find a better massage at a bargain price! Btw, come hungry because the steak and cheese smell wafting through the parking lot from the upstairs sub shop will make you want to eat!
