Not a good place to eat. The bread and vegetables were not fresh. The bread was hard, the vegetables just tasteless . The sandwiches are overpriced and they additionally charge foe chesee. Seriously? For cheese? I thought it Ian basic part of any sandwich. The employees were slow and unfriendly.

This is my hubby’s favorite location. Get something that isn’t perfect to your taste buds? No problem, they will fix it pronto. Fast, and fresh. Don’t forget to take home the day old bread for .50cents and get an extra pickle for a $ 1.00 Do not tip! The tips go to the store and not the employees.

Wow what a sub! So far I have only tried the Italian Night Club and I love it! This sub is made with love … The bread is heavenly and the meats and cheeses are fresh and full of flavor! I have tried Jersey Mike’s as much as I could tolerate(being my husband loves the place) and could never get into their subs no matter how hard I tried! I shouldn’t have to try to like a place and I certainly didn’t with the Italian Night Club! It’s ready made deliciousness!!! I’m hooked. My husband and my son are as well! We found us new spot!

I should not admit how often I eat a BLT(LP style) from Jimmy Johns. The sandwich is so very tasty and the friendly service is the quick food version of Cheers. Thanks, Dwight! Not to mention the speed and consistency with which the team serves up deliciousness. I now have our work team hooked on JJ’s and appreciate having them close by. If you haven’t stopped in, I highly suggest you do. Just be ready to feel like you have a new friend in the neighborhood and may need to jog a few extra miles in the coming weeks! Yum!

i actually really love their sandwiches. Much better than subway and way less fatty and greasy than some other places. A good clean, sandwich on some very good bread. Fast deliver, nice people, and oh so yummy. I’m a regular: P

Take my advice: go down the street to Jersey Mikes & buy a better tasting sub. This was the most unappealing sandwich for $ 7. If I had known I would have eaten at home. It had 2 things I dislike on my sandwich: white bread & mayo. I had the original 8″ sub. Bland & slathered with mayo. Let’s just say with chips & a drink the $ 12 i spent was not worth it & it definitely was NOT a gourmet sandwich as it advertises. Won’t be back again.

The most expensive, dry, salty sub club sandwich I ever had. The bread taste like cardboard over salty turkey meat. What I disappointment, Jimmy John’s ruin my meal. Worse than Subway, and I so regret not going to Jersey Mikes! I predicted this chain of sandwich shop will be shut down in 2 years. Never again

They used day old bread for my sandwich. It was hard. How do I know? Because I worked at a Jimmy Johns in college. I baked hundreds of loaves of bread there. No fooling me. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this location.

LOVE Jimmy Johns… #4 with Provolone, always! Went there for lunch today with my husband. They were obviously training in a new group of people because a VERY eager trainee/employee asked if we wanted suggestions and we said no, we knew what we wanted but he offered us his favorite anyway and recommended the BBQ chips. Took our order, very enthusiastically and we sat down to eat. Manager or trainer was training them about customer service and telling them about who the owner are and when they will be coming. Manager came to check on us and told us this was a new store and a bunch of information that didn’t matter to us because we live in Sacramento anyway. Can’t knock employees for having good and friendly service but this was almost overkill… a little TOO much. Cheesy! Oh yeah, I’m 25 and love good music… but the music was SOLOUD. Could have been turned down a couple notches. Overall, our sandwiches were great and that was most important! Yum!

Have you ever gone to McDonalds, ordered a Big Mac, waited a few minutes, received your order, ate your sandwich, and didn’t feel satisfied? YOUWILLNEVERFEELDISSATISFIEDATJJ’S. Jimmy Johns not only gets your club of choice made SUPERFAST, but, they make a REALLY good sandwich and will make your belly happy. In most JJ’s around the country, they will deliver to you too. I hope the SoCal locations get on that same tip, with bigger radius’ too…

The sandwich I had(roast beef) was OK. The service was bad. Four guys all sitting around the register discussing some money issue, barely acknowledged that I was the only person in the restaurant, standing right in front of them. They’ll bombard you with add-ons. Cheese? Chips and drink? A pickle for a dollar more? How about a cookie? They do this to every customer. I’d give them 2 ½ stars if I could because the sandwich was not worth $ 7 alone for a couple thin slices of roast beef. Like most people mentioned, the bread is good.

Finally a Jimmy Johns near me. Bring me your subs! I always love a JJ sub because they are fast and flavorful. This joint is no different and I recommend a trip there for quick lunch or dinner.

They make their subs super fast! The bread is pretty delicious! I like how they give you the option to either really simplify your sandwich or have all of it’s fixings! It’s not as customize-able as subway, but I do like the bread a lot. If you like the one stop shop of a simple sandwich, this place is not bad!

They charge extra for cheese? This is my third time ordering and only this time they asked of I wanted cheese. I do appreciate that they have pickles though, but their bread is too stale for me ea check time.

I would have given this place 5 stars. Here’s why. The sandwiches are good, the bread is the ticket(fresh), the price is competitive. The problem: The employees are green and lack customer service. They were not rude, let me make that clear. They need training, especially on how to introduce the JJ brand to it’s new customers who are not familiar with the growing popular franchise. I had mentioned that this was my first time and to bear with me as I browse the menu. She offed no reccomendations or suggestions. Talking out loud, I said the #5 Vito looks good. Less than aminute later, she was ringing me up. I had questions and actually decided on another sandwhich. She replied«what you see up there on the board is exactly what you get». She needs training. Other than that, pretty good Yimmy!

Wow, just enjoyed my first JJ’s sandwich and I couldn’t have enjoyed it any more!!! Everything was extremely fresh and the bread was legit!!! The staff that helped me were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the product, which I really appreciate! Best news was to learn they will deliver even a single sandwich for just a dollar!!! I can’t wait to order delivery!!! 11÷17÷15: Just tried their delivery for the first time and it was, unfortunately, a big let down. Sandwich arrived wrong(no onions, no oregano, and no oil and vinegar). How do you miss that many items on the sandwich? Also got charged twice for extra cheese. Was so excited about this place, but I admit I’m pretty disappointed tonight.

My friend from work and I decided to try Jimmy John’s on Friday. They just opened recently in between the Panda Express and Loose Teas café. I ordered a #4 Turkey Tom at $ 6.49 and since the guy taking my order mentioned that they have wheat(7 grain) bread, I decided to go with that. He asked if I wanted cheese and my reply was«sure». I just got a cup for water. My total came out $ 8.98 for just the sandwich. Huh…I was surprised at the price because I didn’t get any sides or a drink. I looked at my receipt and they charged me $ 1.00 extra for the wheat bread and $ 0.75 for the slice of cheese. I wish he had told me about the extra charges beforehand. I hate when people do that! At the local deli by my house, I can get a canned soda, small potato salad and a turkey sandwich on fresh bread for $ 5.00! I felt totally ripped off as I sat down at one of the two tables inside… Once I started eating my sandwich I did like it especially the texture of the wheat bread, but still not worth $ 9.00 to me. The sandwich was on the small side(photo included) and it consisted of turkey, lettuce & tomato. They were playing the music really loud inside as well so my friend and I had a hard time hearing each other. The other down side is the lack of tables here so taking it to go may be the way to go during busy lunch hours. I might be back to try another sandwich, but more cautious about when they start asking me what I want in my sandwich. UPDATE11÷19÷15: Also tried a #5 Vito(Italian sub) $ 6.49 + tax 0.58 = $ 7.07 — The bread is hard, not a lot of meat inside. My coworker asked for extra meat on his which was $ 1.00 extra. Eh. tried it twice… I’ll be over at Jersey Mike’s going forward. SIDENOTE: This Jimmy John’s does DELIVER, 149⁄100 Reviews for 2015

Oh JJ, thank you for coming to Monrovia. The first time I tried JJ was during a trade show visit in Vegas. Forget all these other incomparable sandwich shops. JJ is simple and straight to the point-I really think it’s all in their bread! I always get a #16; turkey, bacon, mayo, lettuce. And they deliver! Even just one sandwich! I ordered takeout last week and they delivered within 20 minutes!
