Arthur has been always professional, efficient, fair priced and tidy (surgical booties to vacuuming!!). We’ve used them for our Bose system for about 3, maybe for 4 times: Primary installation of Bose home theater system, to removing and reinstalling the system. Safe to say we’ve used Elite for about 10 years. Always punctual, sometimes earlier, and goes above and beyond what you would expect in service. We will always call on them, especially when we upgrade our home theater and for ongoing maintenance. We would highly recommend them.
