This is the worst Auntie Anne’s in Pittsburgh. The pretzels are totally raw and mushy. Also they are soaked in «butter» causing a wet mushy pretzel. I ended up throwing away the two pretzels that I bought. Skip this location is my advice.

Does every Auntie Anne’s hire morons who are constantly burning pretzels and you can smell them at the other end of the mall? Am I the only one who thinks that the corporate application process for Auntie Anne’s should be a microwave test for cooking super pretzels? This location not only offers the same old burnt smell but the same delicious pretzels that are not nutritious in any way. Overpriced lemonade drinks that taste like you are sucking on a sugar packet with a lemon slice attached.
