I’ve shopped in this store and found some employees very helpful, others quite disinterested. I go there for back to school deals and printer ink. Today I tried calling four times. Four! I get the very nice message, «Welcome to Staples. We’re here to make it easy.» Then the line goes dead. Kind of obnoxious.

This is the second day I’ve tried to call about a copy order. A voicemail was left that their machine was broken and could not complete the job. I’ve tried to call and see if the machine will be fixed or to send it to another store, but if someone picks up, I get transferred and then dead air, no music, no customer service, no answer. A complete waste of my life. This place sucks. Oh and as stated, this location is not closed… but is should be!

Very difficult to speak with someone by phone, staff there is ok but not too eager to help… I am going back to wall mart, same crap cheaper.
