I’ve used this rite aid for about 1 ½ years now and the service has always been really hit or miss. But today it’s finally been terrible enough to never return. The woman was rude to me when I dropped it off when I asked a question about it. She never asked me for my insurance so I assumed she had it since I’ve been there multiple times in the past few months but when she rang me up my total was without insurance and I almost paid it until I asked her if she had my insurance and she told me no. Then she had to call the insurance company because my card didn’t have all the details? It was a very difficult transaction and she was very rude. I will probably try cvs next. Forget this rite aid
