Wonderful! They took me in last minute, and the haircut was fast. Being a family business, I was treated to a welcoming experience, along with conversation about a little history of the salon and Monroe. The best part? I look cool now! I won’t go anywhere else!

After moving to the area, I knew when I discovered Phil’s that I had found my go to hair salon. My entire family gets their hair cut hair and my moms had her hair curled here for an occasion too. Super reliable, friendly, and reasonable for prices. The people all seem to know what they’re doing and it shows. Also I should note that this place is almost always busy but they take walk ins anyway.
