Company mistakenly removed my trash can 2⁄19. Called to ask where my can was at 3:01 pm and again at 3:54 pm of 2⁄20 …and was told the employee removed my can by mistake because they misread the address of the one they were sent to remove. I was assured repeatedly it would be returned on 2⁄20 and if not for sure on 2⁄21. 2⁄21 business hours have now passed… still no can and I have garbage from last Thursday piling up in my garage and likely no can until Monday at some point. What is most irritating is the woman on the phone telling me she had spoken with the guy that messed up and it would be here… I’m relatively certain since I have been calling all day that they are not even open on Saturdays… very poor.
