West Monroe, LA
Payless seems to be the exact same in every city, so I guess there is something to say about consistency. Stores always seem riffled through and that staff could do a better job of displaying product. Shoes are affordable, but it’s hit or miss on if selection is good or not. Staff never seems to want to be there but they are by no means rude. I gave this location and Payless in general three stars because I will continue to go back, but I am not overly impressed.
